1–3 h lectures · NLE review · first 20 min free

Transcribe an Ilocano nursing lecture for NLE review season.

A one- to three-hour nursing lecture or NLE review session taught in English with Ilocano becomes text at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so three hours is ready in about 6 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest of that lecture with plenty left. English terms and explanations come back clean, while Ilocano explanations are a fast first draft to read once.

What a lecture becomes

Pharmacology at speed, slowed down into text you can reread.

Lectures in three languages

A clinical instructor in Ilocos, La Union or Isabela reads the terms in English, explains in Ilocano and switches to Filipino for an example. There is no language setting: the main language is detected from the audio and each passage stays as spoken.

Terms, numbers, chapters

The brief lists the terms, figures and mnemonics the lecturer said, chapters follow the topics, and key quotes carry timestamps. Reviewing for the NLE becomes reading and searching instead of replaying the whole file. Before a quiz, search one term across every lecture you uploaded and jump to each place it was explained, instead of guessing which recording held it.

For training offices too

Hospital training offices record orientations and in-service lectures for staff who were on duty. One file can run up to 10 hours, so a full orientation day goes in as one recording. This is for lectures and training only, not for anything about patient care, and it is not a medical device.

The cost of a semester

A three-hour lecture is 180 minutes, so two fit a $6 pack of 500. Ten three-hour lectures are 1,800 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000, about $0.36 per audio hour.

Why lecture notes fall short

Three hours of drug classes is a lot to catch by hand.

✗ Notes alone

Students copy the slides, miss what was said around them and replay the audio before exams.

  • Slides copied, explanations lost
  • Drug classes heard once and forgotten
  • Replaying three hours before a quiz
  • Ilocano examples dropped from notes
  • No search across the semester
  • Classmates' notes that disagree

✓ Notes plus the transcript

Upload each lecture after class and study from text with timestamps.

  • Three hours of class in about 6 minutes
  • Terms and figures in the brief
  • Chapters per topic
  • Search every lecture at once
  • Ilocano explanations flagged to proofread
  • DOCX to highlight, TXT to search

FAQ

Nursing lectures, answered.

How long does a three-hour lecture take?

Around 6 minutes, because the speed is about 2 minutes an audio hour. A one-hour lecture is ready in about 2. You will find it in your Library afterwards.

How much does a term of nursing lectures cost?

Ten three-hour lectures are 1,800 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000. A few lectures fit the $6 pack of 500. Your first 20 minutes are free, and bought minutes stay on the account with no expiry date.

How accurate is Ilocano?

Ilocano works, with accuracy that trails English and Filipino. Read Ilocano passages as a fast first draft and plan one review pass. Medical terms said in English usually come back clean.

Will a long video recording upload?

Files up to 2 GB upload with no pack, and files up to 5 GB once a pack is on the account. Audio from a phone recorder is far smaller than either. Recordings longer than 10 hours go in as two files.

Is this for clinical use?

No. It transcribes lectures, reviews and training sessions. It is not a medical device and is not for anything about patient care.

What can I export, and who has access to the lecture?

Each lecture exports to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
