Transcribe a Kapampangan DepEd or CHED training and have the notes your report asks for.
A 4.5-hour DepEd or CHED training webinar held in Kapampangan and English is transcribed in about 9 minutes, and it uses 270 of the 500 minutes in the $6 pack. English sessions come back cleanly; the Kapampangan parts are a fast first draft to read through once. Teachers trying it for the first time get the first 20 minutes free.
For teachers, faculty and school heads
A training day leaves you with outputs to submit and a report to write. The recording holds everything you need for both.
A summary for the narrative report
The brief gives the training's purpose and takeaways, which sit naturally under the objectives and highlights of a narrative report. Your own reflections still need your voice; the brief gives you the facts to reflect on.
Every session in order
Chapters follow the programme from the opening to the closing, with each resource speaker named and timed. Speakers are identified by name in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters.
Outputs and due dates
The dates, memo numbers and output requirements said during the day are listed, so nothing announced at the end of a long session is missed. Requirements announced in the closing minutes, when attention is lowest, are the ones most often missed.
From the stream or the file
Paste a YouTube or Google Drive link, or upload the Zoom recording through the upload page.
Why reports are hard
By the time the narrative report is due, the details of a long training day have faded.
✗ Reports from memory
Participants sit through a long webinar, take a few notes, and later reconstruct the day for the report or the reflection a certificate requires. Half-day trainings delivered over Zoom or streamed on Facebook are common, and they rarely leave participants with more than a slide deck and a certificate link.
- Highlights rebuilt from scattered notes
- Speakers' names misspelled
- Due dates said once and forgotten
- Kapampangan explanations left out
- Rewatching a half-day stream
- A report that reads like guesswork
✓ Reports from the transcript
The training comes back as text with its programme and requirements drawn out, so the report is assembled, not remembered. A school head can also use the same transcript to brief teachers who could not attend, without asking them to watch the whole recording.
- A brief of purpose and takeaways
- A chapter for each resource speaker
- Due dates and outputs listed
- Open-forum questions with answers
- DOCX for the narrative report format
- Search a whole week of sessions

FAQ
Kapampangan training webinars, answered.
How long does a 4.5-hour webinar take to process?
About 9 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of recording. You can upload it during the break and read it after lunch. Several days of training can be uploaded together and are processed one after another.
What does a full training week cost?
A five-day training of 6 hours a day is 30 hours, or 1,800 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A single 4.5-hour webinar is 270 minutes on the $6 pack of 500 minutes, leaving 230.
The recording is on Facebook. How does it get here?
Download the Facebook Live replay and upload it as a file. A YouTube stream or a Google Drive share link can be pasted directly, and a Zoom recording is usually an MP4 you upload. If the upload refuses a downloaded file, convert it to MP3 first.
What if the file is too big?
The limit per file is 10 hours or 5 GB. Before your first pack, files up to 2 GB upload; a larger file starts once a pack is on the account. A full-day stream rarely needs splitting.
How are Kapampangan and Tagalog handled?
Both are detected without choosing a language, as is English, and switching between them inside a session is handled. Read the Kapampangan passages once before you quote them.
What do I download, and who has access to the recording?
Downloads are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, all with timestamps. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
