DepEd and CHED trainings and webinars · half a day

Transcribe a Bikol DepEd or CHED training and write your notes from the full session.

A 4-hour DepEd or CHED training webinar delivered in Bikol and English is transcribed in about 8 minutes, and two webinars of that length fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. The English portions come back cleanly; the Bikol stretches are a fast first draft that needs one review pass. Your first visit includes the first 20 minutes free, enough to judge the opening session.

For teachers and faculty

Half a day of input sessions, and afterwards a report, a reflection or an action plan to write.

The thesis of each talk

The brief gives the main message of the training and its takeaways, a fair starting point when a reflection or a summary is asked of participants. It is a summary of what was said, and the wording of your own reflection is still yours to write.

Resource speakers, named

Speakers are identified by name in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters, so your notes can say who presented which topic.

Dates, memos and numbers

Deadlines for outputs, the number of a memo cited, and figures shown and read aloud are pulled into a list with timestamps. Check any memo number against the memo itself before you cite it in a report.

Ask the session a question

Use the chat over the transcript to ask what was said about assessment or about the submission of outputs, and get the answer with the minute it came from.

Why live notes fall short

Typing notes while a webinar runs for four hours leaves gaps exactly where the content was densest.

✗ Notes taken live

Trainings over Zoom, Google Meet or a Facebook Live stream move quickly, connection drops cut out pieces, and the slides rarely carry everything the resource speaker said. A half-day session often has three or four resource speakers back to back, and by the afternoon the morning's input has blurred into one page of notes.

  • Notes that end when the signal drops
  • Slides without the speaker's explanation
  • Reflections pieced together from memory
  • Bikol asides lost in English notes
  • No time to rewatch four hours
  • Outputs and deadlines missed in the chat

✓ Notes from the full text

The full training as text, organised by session, with what you need for the report gathered at the top. Whether the training was a DepEd division webinar or a CHED faculty session, the result has the same parts: a brief, chapters, the names, numbers and dates said aloud, and a chat over the full text.

  • A brief per training
  • Chapters per resource speaker
  • Deadlines and memos listed
  • Questions from the open forum, answered
  • DOCX for the report template
  • Searchable across a whole training week

FAQ

Bikol training webinars, answered.

How long until a half-day webinar is ready?

About 8 minutes for 4 hours of recording. A 6-hour full-day session is closer to 12 minutes. Uploading during the break means the morning sessions are ready to read before the afternoon starts.

What does a multi-day training cost?

Two 4-hour webinars use 480 minutes and fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes, with 20 minutes left. A three-day training of 6 hours a day is 1,080 minutes and goes on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.

Where is the recording, and how do I send it?

A Zoom recording saved to your computer is usually an MP4 you upload directly. Google Meet recordings usually land in the organiser's Google Drive, so a share link can be pasted. A YouTube stream is pasted as a link, while a Facebook Live replay is downloaded first and then uploaded.

The file is very large. Should it be split?

No. Each file may run to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first. Before the first pack, uploads up to 2 GB go through, and a larger file starts once a pack is on the account.

What about the parts in Bikol?

Bikol, Tagalog and English are each detected without choosing a language, and switches within one session are handled. Read the Bikol stretches once before you quote them in a report. Tagalog and Filipino are detected automatically as well.

Which files do I get, and is my recording kept private?

You get TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON; DOCX suits most report templates. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
