Transcribe long Zoom and Teams meetings in Singapore from the recording, not a bot.
A recorded Zoom or Teams meeting from Singapore that runs 2 to 3 hours comes back as a transcript in about 4 to 6 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. You upload the saved recording after the call, so no bot joins the meeting; the first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers a 3-hour session with at least 320 minutes left.
Why the recording, not a bot
The call is over. All you need is the file.
Nothing joins the call
Bots that sit in a meeting have to be invited, admitted and explained to the client. Here the work starts after the call ends: you take the recording you already have and upload it, and the people in the meeting see nothing different.
Where the files come from
A Zoom local recording usually saves an MP4 video and a separate M4A audio track, and the audio file is much smaller while transcribing just the same. A Teams recording is downloaded from wherever your organisation keeps it, then uploaded here.
Three hours, worked out
A 3-hour meeting is 180 minutes. The first 20 are free for a first-time visitor, the $6 pack covers the rest, and at least 320 minutes stay on the account. A week of daily two-hour meetings is 600 minutes, which is a job for the $12 pack.
Minutes from the brief
The brief sets out what the meeting was for, what was decided and who took which action. Dates, figures and names said aloud are listed separately, so drafting the minutes starts from a page rather than from three hours of video.
Where long calls go wrong
Built-in captions stop being useful somewhere in the second hour.
✗ Meeting tools on their own
Built-in transcripts depend on how the meeting was set up, and what you get is usually raw text with no account of what was agreed.
- A bot the client has to admit
- Transcription switched off for that meeting
- A video too large for the share link
- Three hours of text and no summary
- Actions that nobody wrote down
- Scrubbing the video to find one figure
✓ The recording, made readable
One upload after the call gives the full meeting with a brief, chapters and a chat that answers questions about it.
- About 6 minutes for 3 hours
- No bot, no admission prompt
- 20 minutes free at the start
- $6 buys 500 minutes that never expire
- Attendees named in summary and chapters
- Ask the chat what was agreed on pricing

FAQ
Long meeting recordings, the common questions.
How long does a 3-hour Zoom or Teams meeting take?
About 6 minutes. Processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 2-hour meeting is ready in about 4. You can close the tab, because the transcript is saved to your Library.
What does a long meeting cost on a pack?
A 3-hour meeting uses 180 minutes. On the $6 pack of 500 minutes that leaves at least 320 for the next calls. If your team records 2 hours every weekday, a week is 600 minutes, so the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes is the better fit. Prices are in USD.
My Zoom file is huge. Will it upload?
A single upload can run to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a larger file starts once a pack is on the account. The M4A audio track from a Zoom local recording is a fraction of the video's size and works just as well, so splitting is rarely needed.
Does a bot need to join our meetings?
No. Nothing joins a live call. You upload the recording after the meeting, from Zoom or from a Teams recording you downloaded, and the transcript is made from that file.
Do mixed-language meetings work?
99 languages are detected automatically, including English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil. A meeting that switches between languages is detected on its main language, so check the passages spoken in the other one.
Which exports are available, and is the recording private?
You get TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON from one run. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and a meeting and its transcript can be deleted at any time.
