Transcribe long Zoom and Teams meetings recorded in Spain.
A 2.5-hour Zoom or Teams meeting recorded in Spain is transcribed in about 5 minutes from the recording file, with no bot sitting in the call. At 150 minutes it fits the $6 pack of 500, and the brief lists what was decided, who took it on and by when.
After the call ends
The recording you already have, turned into the follow-up nobody wanted to write.
Nobody extra in the meeting
Meeting bots ask to join, show up in the participant list and are sometimes refused. Here nothing joins: you record as usual and send the file afterwards, which also works for calls with clients who would not accept a bot.
Getting the file out
A Zoom recording saved to your computer is an MP4, often with a separate M4A of the audio; either works. A Teams recording is downloaded from where Teams stored it and then uploaded. Drop it here or on the upload page.
Decisions with a timestamp
In the third hour a decision gets made quickly and then forgotten. The brief lists the decisions, the names, numbers and dates that were said, and the chat answers a question like "what did we agree about the deadline" with the moment it was said.
A weekly meeting, priced
A weekly 2.5-hour meeting is about 600 minutes a month, which the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes covers for three months. A team recording every week can also look at the $19 Workspace plan.
Why long calls go unrecorded in practice
Built-in transcripts stop being useful around the second hour.
✗ Meeting bots and built-in captions
They need to be invited ahead of time, they read as an extra attendee, and their notes rarely reach past the first agenda items.
- A bot in the participant list
- Refused by the client's IT
- Captions copied out by hand
- A per-seat monthly plan
- No record of the decisions
- Nothing for a call you forgot to set up
✓ The file afterwards
Any recording, including one from last month, goes in once and comes back with its decisions.
- No bot, no invite
- About 5 minutes for 2.5 hours
- Decisions, owners and dates
- Participants named in the summary
- Chapters by agenda item
- $6 holds 500 minutes

A long project meeting, as it comes back.
This sample is illustrative and was written for this page in English for readability; the project and people are invented. A call held in Spanish or Catalan comes back in that language.

FAQ
Long recorded meetings, the common questions.
How long does a 2.5-hour meeting take to transcribe?
About 5 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 3-hour call is closer to 6.
What does it cost for our meetings?
One 2.5-hour meeting is 150 minutes and fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, with room for two more of the same length. A month of weekly meetings is about 600 minutes, inside the $12 pack of 2,000.
Does anything join our Zoom or Teams call?
No. This works on the recording afterwards. Nothing is added to the meeting, and nobody needs to be told about an extra attendee.
How large is a long meeting recording?
A Zoom audio file for 3 hours is usually under 200 MB, and the video version is larger but rarely near 2 GB, which is the limit before a first pack. After a pack, one file can be 5 GB and up to 10 hours.
Can it handle a meeting that switches between Spanish and English?
99 languages are detected automatically. A meeting that switches is transcribed on its main language, so passages in the second language are worth a look before you quote them.
What do we download, and who sees the call?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, with the brief and chapters. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
