Transcribe board meeting and AGM recordings held in Spain.
A 4-hour board meeting or general meeting recorded in Spain is transcribed in about 8 minutes, and at 240 minutes it fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. The figures, dates and names said in the room come back listed apart from the text, so the secretary drafting the minutes starts from what was actually said.
What the secretary gets
Hours of discussion, reduced to the decisions and the numbers behind them.
Every figure said aloud
Budgets, share counts, percentages and deadlines get read out and then argued over. The brief lists the names, numbers and dates spoken in the meeting, each one tied to a timestamp you can play back before it goes into the minutes.
Agenda items as chapters
A long meeting has a shape: approval of the previous minutes, the accounts, the proposals, any other business. Chapters follow the conversation, so the vote on the third item is a click away instead of an hour of scrubbing.
Who moved, who objected
Directors and shareholders are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters. That is usually what the minutes need: the position each person took, not a line-by-line record.
Room audio, no bot
Nothing joins the meeting. You record it the way you already do, on the room system, a phone on the table or the video call, and send the file afterwards. Send it through the upload page or the box above.
Why long meetings go wrong
The fourth hour of a meeting is where notes usually give out.
✗ Notes taken in the room
Someone writes while also taking part, and the late items get the thinnest record.
- Figures copied down wrong
- The last hour summarised in a line
- A transcript service quoting by the day
- No way to check a disputed remark
- Minutes drafted from memory a week later
- Bots refused by the chair
✓ The recording, worked through
One file in, and the whole meeting back with its numbers and decisions laid out.
- About 8 minutes for a 4-hour meeting
- Names, numbers and dates listed
- Chapters per agenda item
- Speakers named in the summary
- A chat to ask what was decided
- $6 holds 500 minutes

FAQ
Board meetings and AGMs, the common questions.
How long does a 4-hour board meeting take to transcribe?
Roughly 8 minutes, since processing runs near 2 minutes per audio hour. A 2-hour meeting is closer to 4 minutes and a 5-hour general meeting about 10.
What does a year of board meetings cost?
Four quarterly meetings of 3 hours each are 720 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes with plenty left. A single meeting of up to 8 hours fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Credits never expire, so the balance waits for next year.
Will the recording upload?
Audio from a room recorder or phone is small, a few hundred MB for five hours. Before your first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; after it, one file can be 5 GB and up to 10 hours long.
Does the transcript replace the minutes?
No. It gives you the record to write them from: what was said, by whom in the summary, and the figures with timestamps. The decisions you put in the minutes stay your responsibility.
Which languages does it handle?
Spanish and Catalan are both among the 99 languages recognised without a setting. A meeting run mostly in one language with remarks in another is transcribed on the main language.
Who can see a board recording?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete the file and its transcript whenever you like; exports come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
