Transcribe long Zoom and Teams meetings from the recording, not a bot.
A recorded Zoom or Teams meeting of 2 to 3 hours is transcribed into Swedish text in 4 to 6 minutes from the recording file, with no bot joining the call. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers three meetings of two and a half hours.
What a long call turns into
The meeting after it ends: what was decided, by whom, and by when.
The recording, not a bot
Nothing joins your meeting or asks the other participants for permission to listen. You record the call the way you already do and send the file afterwards, so external guests see the same meeting they always see.
Where the file is
A Zoom local recording saves an MP4 and an M4A audio file on your computer, and either one uploads. A Teams recording is downloaded from where Teams saved it, then dropped on the upload page. A Zoom cloud recording is downloaded the same way.
Decisions and owners
A long meeting decides things in passing. The brief lists the takeaways, and the names, numbers and dates said aloud are pulled out, so the deadline mentioned at minute 140 sits in a list instead of in someone's memory.
Three hours, one timeline
Chapters break the meeting where the subject changed, each with a timestamp. Colleagues who joined for one agenda item can read that chapter and ask the chat about the rest of the call.
Why long meetings get lost
The third hour of a meeting is the one nobody remembers.
✗ Meeting notes the usual way
Someone takes notes while trying to take part, and the recording is kept but never opened again.
- A notetaker who cannot also contribute
- A bot in the call that guests ask about
- Recordings too long to replay
- Action points that depend on memory
- Follow-ups that start with a question about what was agreed
- Files left in a downloads folder
✓ The meeting as text
After the call, the recording goes in once and comes back as text with a summary and chapters.
- No bot, just the file after the call
- About 5 minutes for 2.5 hours
- Swedish detected automatically
- Participants named in summary and quotes
- Deadlines and figures listed
- A chat that answers questions about the call

FAQ
Long recorded meetings, the questions.
How long does a 3-hour recorded meeting take?
About 6 minutes, and a 2-hour one about 4. Upload right after the call ends and the text is ready before the next meeting starts.
What do weekly long meetings cost?
A weekly 2.5-hour meeting adds up to about 650 minutes a month, which suits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes: roughly three months of meetings. Unused minutes stay on the account, so a month with fewer meetings costs nothing extra.
Does a bot join the meeting?
No. Nothing joins a live call; this works on the recording afterwards. It therefore works the same for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or a phone on the table, as long as there is a file.
The Teams recording is 3 GB. Will it upload?
Teams files can run to 10 hours or 5 GB here. Before the first pack, uploads are capped at 2 GB, so a 3 GB recording starts once a pack is on the account. With Zoom, uploading the M4A audio instead of the video keeps the file small.
Our meetings switch between Swedish and English. Does that work?
A meeting is detected on its main language and transcribed in it. One held mostly in Swedish comes back in Swedish, and long stretches in English are best checked by ear; 99 languages are detected with no setting.
What can I export, and who sees the meeting?
TXT or DOCX for minutes, SRT or VTT to caption the video, JSON for your own tools. What is said in the meeting stays with you: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
