Transcribe board meetings and AGMs decisions and figures, in Swedish.
A board meeting or annual general meeting of 2 to 5 hours comes back as Swedish text in 4 to 10 minutes, with the decisions, amounts and dates listed apart from the transcript. The first 20 minutes are free, and even a 5-hour årsstämma fits on a $6 pack of 500 minutes.
What a long meeting turns into
The meeting's decisions in writing, checked against the recording rather than memory.
Decisions and figures, listed
The brief pulls out the names, numbers and dates that were said: a dividend proposal, a budget line, the date of the next meeting. The secretary checks them against the recording instead of reconstructing them from handwritten notes.
Minutes drafted from the record
Chapters follow the agenda as it was handled, from the opening and the election of a chair to the close. Writing the protokoll becomes a matter of reading each chapter and keeping what the meeting resolved.
Who moved what, by name
Board members and shareholders who give their name before speaking appear by name in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters. A question from the floor at an AGM can be traced to the person and the second it was asked.
Recorded on whatever was in the room
A phone on the table, a conference speaker or a Zoom recording all produce a file that works, up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Drop it on the upload page; a Teams recording is downloaded first and then uploaded the same way.
Why board recordings go unused
The recording exists so nobody has to remember. Then nobody listens to it.
✗ Without a transcript
Long meetings are usually reconstructed from the secretary's notes, and the recording is opened only when someone disputes them.
- A secretary writing instead of taking part
- Figures copied wrong from memory
- Five hours of audio nobody replays
- Disputed wording settled by guessing
- Questions from the floor left out
- Minutes finished a week late
✓ With the meeting as text
The full meeting is searchable the same afternoon, with its decisions set out for the minutes.
- About 2 minutes per hour of meeting
- Amounts, dates and names pulled out
- Agenda items as chapters
- Members named in summary and quotes
- Search for any word that was said
- DOCX to draft the minutes in

FAQ
Board meetings and AGMs, the questions.
How long does a 5-hour meeting take to transcribe?
About 10 minutes, while a 2-hour board meeting takes about 4. Processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, and you can leave the page while it works.
What does a year of board meetings cost?
Ten 3-hour board meetings and a 3-hour AGM make 1,980 minutes, just inside the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A first-time visitor gets the first 20 minutes free, and credits stay on the account between meetings because they never expire.
Can the transcript be used as the minutes?
It is an AI transcript with timestamps to draft and check the minutes from, not the minutes themselves. The adjusted and signed protokoll remains the record; the transcript is what the secretary and the person adjusting it can check it against.
Our AGM was hybrid, partly on Teams. Does that work?
Yes, as long as there is one recording of it. Download the Teams recording or the room recording and upload it; no bot joins the call, and the work happens on the file afterwards.
Which languages are detected?
Swedish, English and 97 others, with no setting. A meeting is transcribed on its main language, so a board that meets in English because of an international member gets an English transcript, and one that meets in Swedish gets Swedish.
Is a confidential board recording safe to send?
Board material is treated like every other file: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. The recording and its transcript can be deleted at any time, and exports come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON.
