Transcribe a QBR recording with every number the customer said.
A quarterly business review runs for hours, and the transcript matters for the figures and commitments said out loud. Upload the QBR recording or paste its link, and a two-hour review is back in about four minutes, with the names, numbers and dates listed in the brief.
Why QBRs need a written record
The renewal depends on what was promised in this room.
Every figure said aloud
Usage numbers, the adoption target, the expansion budget and the date of the next review: the brief lists the names, numbers and dates spoken during the review, so the account plan quotes them exactly.
Chapters by agenda section
Results, roadmap, open issues, next quarter's goals. Chapters with timestamps follow the review as it was held, so the support lead can read only the open-issues section.
Commitments on both sides
The thesis and takeaways in the brief capture what each side agreed to do. When the customer says next quarter that a fix was promised by June, you can check the exact words.
A quarter of reviews together
Twenty account reviews of 90 minutes come to 1,800 minutes, one $12 pack. The Library is searchable across recordings, so a theme raised by several accounts is easy to see. Search "integration" across the quarter and every review that raised it comes up.
After the review
Two hours with the customer's leadership, and a summary slide that misquotes them.
✗ QBR notes
Written by someone also presenting the slides, and finished days later from memory. The customer's version of the meeting and yours start to drift before the next call.
- Figures written down approximately
- Commitments remembered differently by each side
- The open-issues discussion summarised in one line
- No record of who asked for what
- A recording too long to revisit
- Next quarter's review starting from scratch
✓ QBR transcript
A record both teams can point to. When a figure or a promise is questioned next quarter, the passage and its timestamp settle it in a minute.
- Figures as they were stated
- Commitments in the brief's takeaways
- Open issues in their own chapter
- Speakers named in the summary and quotes
- Search last quarter's review before this one
- A DOCX to attach to the account

FAQ
QBR recordings, answered.
How long does a two-hour QBR take to transcribe?
About four minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 90-minute review takes about three.
What does a quarter of QBRs cost?
A single two-hour QBR is 120 minutes and the $6 pack of 500 covers it. Twenty reviews of 90 minutes are 1,800 minutes, which goes on the $12 pack of 2,000. The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor.
Our QBR video is large. Is there a cap?
Each file can be up to 5 GB and 10 hours. Uploads before a first pack are capped at 2 GB, and larger files start once a pack is on the account; a Drive share link avoids the upload.
Should I cut out the pre-meeting chatter?
Leave it in. The recording goes up as saved, and the chapters separate the agenda from the small talk while keeping timestamps true to the call. A review held over two sessions simply goes up as two files, each with its own brief.
The customer's team presented in French. Will it work?
Yes. Languages are detected automatically from 99, and the summary, key quotes and chapters identify and name the speakers on both sides.
What can I export, and does the customer's data stay confidential?
The review exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so a customer's figures are not reused anywhere.
