Transcribe a 2-hour sales demo and find the objection at 1:37.
You recorded a two-hour sales demo and need the transcript: upload the recording as it is, and two hours of audio comes back in about four minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a pack from $6 transcribes the rest from where the preview stopped, so this demo uses 120 of its 500 minutes.
Why a long demo needs more than a recap
The buying signals sit in the second hour, not the first.
The full demo, untrimmed
A demo that runs from introductions through a live walkthrough to a pricing debate is one file of up to 10 hours or 5 GB. The box on this page handles a typical meeting export; a heavy screen-share video continues on the upload page.
Objections get their own chapter
Chapters with timestamps split the call into discovery, the walkthrough, the technical questions and the commercial talk. When the buyer pushed back on implementation time at 1:37, the chapter list takes you there.
Every number the buyer said
The brief lists the names, numbers and dates spoken in the call: the seat count, the budget range, the renewal month of the tool they use today. Those are the facts a forecast note needs, without replaying the recording.
Ask the demo a question
A chat over the transcript answers the questions you would otherwise scrub for, such as which integrations the buyer asked about or what the security reviewer wanted in writing. Each answer points back to the place it was said.
After the demo ends
Two hours of screen share, and a CRM note that says "went well".
✗ Working from memory
The account executive drove the demo, so nobody took notes while it ran.
- A recap written from what one person remembers
- The pricing objection paraphrased, not quoted
- Seat count and budget lost somewhere in hour two
- The sales engineer asked to rewatch the whole video
- Follow-up questions answered days late
- Recording tools that stop at an hour
✓ Working from the transcript
The whole demo, searchable, with a brief that lists what the buyer actually asked.
- Chapters for discovery, walkthrough, questions and pricing
- The buyer's own words on the objection, with a timestamp
- Seat counts, budgets and dates listed in the brief
- A DOCX the sales engineer can annotate
- Speakers named in the summary and key quotes
- Back about 4 minutes after the upload finishes
Sample output
The moment the price came up, timestamped.
Illustrative excerpt written for this page, not a real demo. It shows how a long call reads once the commercial part arrives late in the recording.

FAQ
Long sales demos, answered.
How long does a 2-hour sales demo take to transcribe?
Processing runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a two-hour demo is usually ready in around four minutes after the upload completes. A large screen-share video spends longer uploading than transcribing, and pasting a share link skips the upload.
What does a two-hour demo cost?
Two hours is 120 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest with 380 minutes left for the next calls. A week of five two-hour demos is 600 minutes, which goes on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
My demo recording is a big video file. Will it upload?
One file can be up to 5 GB. Before the first pack is on your account, uploads go up to 2 GB; a file over 2 GB starts once a pack is there. A Google Drive or Vimeo share link needs no upload at all.
Do I need to cut the demo into the discovery part and the walkthrough part?
No. Upload the recording as the meeting tool saved it, and the chapters do the dividing for you. Only a recording longer than 10 hours has to go up as two files.
The buyer's team spoke Spanish for part of the call. Does that work?
Ninety-nine languages are detected automatically, so there is no setting to choose before the upload. Speakers are identified and named in the summary, key quotes and chapters.
Which formats come back, and who sees the recording?
You can export TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and the demo stays in a Library you can search across calls. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, which matters when a buyer shared internal numbers.
