Transcribe long podcast episodes in Peru straight from the RSS feed.
A long podcast episode from Peru, two to four hours of Spanish conversation, is transcribed at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 3-hour episode is ready in roughly 6 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes finishes a 4-hour episode with 260 minutes to spare. Paste the RSS feed or the episode link and there is nothing to upload.
For a show that runs long
A marathon episode, turned into show notes and a transcript you can search.
The feed is enough
Paste your show's RSS feed or a single episode link and the audio is fetched on our side, so a 300 MB episode never has to travel over your own connection. Episodes posted to YouTube, live replays included, work from their link too. Spanish is recognised on its own, with no language menu to set.
Show notes from the chapters
Each episode returns with chapters and their start times, a brief with the thesis and takeaways, and the names, numbers and dates the hosts mentioned. Most of a show-notes page is already drafted: you adjust the wording and paste the timestamps under the player.
Guests, named where it counts
Speakers are identified and named in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters, so a guest's best line arrives already attributed. Underneath sits the full conversation in order, for the moment you want to check a quote word by word.
Arithmetic for a weekly show
Four 3-hour episodes a month add up to 720 minutes. The $12 pack holds 2,000 minutes, which is eleven of those episodes with 20 minutes left, at $0.36 per audio hour. Credits never expire, so a month off the microphone costs nothing.
Where a long episode gets stuck
Three hours of talk is longer than most free tiers and heavier than many upload forms.
✗ Cutting and pasting by hand
Long episodes get trimmed, split or skipped, and the show notes are written from memory.
- The OpenAI Whisper API refuses files over 25 MB
- Splitting the episode into parts yourself
- A monthly plan for a show that records weekly
- Show notes written from memory
- Timestamps copied out one at a time
- A guest's name spelled differently each episode
✓ One feed, the whole episode
The episode goes in as one piece and comes back on one clock, ready to edit into notes.
- Roughly 6 minutes per 3-hour episode
- RSS or episode link, no upload
- Spanish detected automatically
- Chapters with timestamps for show notes
- Each guest named in the summary and quotes
- From $6, with minutes that never expire
Sample
Three hours of conversation, with chapters marked.
This sample is illustrative, written for this page in Spanish as a Peruvian episode might sound, and it is not a real show. The labels mark chapters; speakers are named in the summary and quotes.

FAQ
Long podcast episodes, the questions hosts ask.
How long does a 3-hour episode from Peru take to transcribe?
About 6 minutes, since processing runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 2-hour episode takes around 4, and a 4-hour marathon about 8. Our public test finished 4.94 hours of audio in 372 seconds, and the run is listed at /proof/long-files.
What does a month of long episodes cost?
A weekly 3-hour show records about 720 minutes a month, which sits on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A single episode of up to 8 hours fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. All prices are in US dollars, the same for every country.
Do I upload the MP3, or is the RSS link enough?
The link is enough: paste the feed or an episode page and we fetch the audio ourselves. If you would rather upload, one file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before your first pack uploads go up to 2 GB, far more than a 4-hour MP3 needs.
My recording session ran past 10 hours. What then?
Export it as two files and upload both, and each comes back with its own timeline that you can join in the DOCX afterwards. Anything up to 10 hours goes in whole, with no cutting.
Will it handle Peruvian Spanish, and guests who switch to English?
Spanish is detected without a setting, as are 98 other languages. A recording is transcribed on its main language, so on a mostly Spanish episode, check the passages where a guest switches into English. Music beds and jingles are left out, and the talking is transcribed.
Which formats do I get, and is the audio kept private?
TXT and DOCX for show notes and blog posts, SRT and VTT for captions on the video version, JSON for a website or archive. Episodes are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
