Transcribe a long Cubase voice session from one Audio Mixdown.
Export the whole project as an Audio Mixdown (File, Export, Audio Mixdown) to a WAV or MP3 file and upload it here, up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Long takes, readable script
Six hours of narration or interviews in Cubase. Read what was said instead of listening to it all again.
Set the export range
Cubase exports what sits between the left and right locators, so place them at the very start and end of the session before you export. A short range is the usual reason a long mixdown comes out as only a few minutes.
Pick a sensible format
WAV is the safe choice for a long voice session; MP3 is far smaller. A 16-bit, 48 kHz mono WAV is about 346 MB an hour, so six hours is roughly 2.1 GB, well inside the 5 GB one file can be. MP3 at 96 kbps keeps the same six hours near 260 MB.
Find the retakes
Chapters with timestamps and a searchable transcript make it quick to see where a passage was read twice and which take ended cleanly. Names, figures and dates spoken in the session are listed on their own.
Big files, other page
The box above takes up to 500 MB. A full-quality WAV of a long session is usually larger, so upload it on the upload page, which takes up to 5 GB.
Checking a long voice session
A full day at the microphone produces hours of takes and very little to read.

FAQ
Cubase sessions, answered.
How long does a 6-hour mixdown take?
About 12 minutes. Transcription runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, and a 9.31-hour file on /proof/long-files took 1,033 seconds.
What do several long sessions cost?
New visitors get a free preview of the opening minutes; a longer session is previewed and a pack transcribes the rest from that point. One 6-hour session uses 360 minutes of the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Should I export stems or the full mix?
The full mix. Stems would each come back as their own transcript; one mixdown keeps every voice in a single document with one clock. If you only need one narrator's takes, mute the other tracks before exporting.
The session runs longer than 10 hours.
Set the locators to cover the first half, export, then do the same for the second half. Each mixdown can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and keeps timestamps counted from its own start, so note the project time where the second half begins.
Can it follow narration in another language?
Yes. The language is detected automatically among 99, and a session that moves between two languages is read on its main one.
What can I download, and who hears the audio?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Mixdowns are transcribed on our own servers and are never fed into model training.
