Transcribe long training sessions from Docebo from the file your admin lets you keep.
A 90-minute Docebo training session comes back as text in about 3 minutes after you upload the recording. The first 20 minutes are free, one session uses 90 of the 500 minutes in the $6 pack, and a quarter's catalogue of 40 sessions fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes.
Docebo content, readable
Learning teams already have the recordings; the text is the missing piece.
Where a Docebo recording comes from
In large companies Docebo often carries recorded live sessions and uploaded training videos. The person who uploaded the content usually holds the original file; a learner can only take what the platform permits. Check the export settings with your learning admin, and expect a video file, usually an MP4. There is no WhipScribe plugin or bot inside Docebo.
Size and length
A 90-minute screen-share recording is modest next to the per-file ceiling of 5 GB or 10 hours. Files up to 2 GB upload before any pack; anything bigger begins once a pack is on the account. When a format is rejected, convert it to MP3 first and upload again. Slides on screen are not read; what the facilitator and participants say is what becomes text.
A quarter's catalogue
Forty sessions of 90 minutes is 3,600 minutes, well past the $12 pack. The $24 pack of 5,000 minutes covers it with 1,400 minutes left, at $0.29 an audio hour, and that pack includes API access. A team recording every week can look at the $19 monthly Workspace instead.
Outputs a learning team uses
Chapters with timestamps let a learner jump to the part they need. The brief lists the takeaways, the named products, numbers and dates are pulled out, and the questions the session answers become a ready list for a knowledge check.

FAQ
Docebo sessions: answers.
How fast is a 90-minute Docebo recording?
About 3 minutes; the rate is close to 2 minutes per audio hour. On /proof/long-files a 4.94-hour recording finished in 372 seconds.
What will a quarter of sessions cost?
The first 20 minutes are free once. A single 90-minute session fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes with 410 left. Forty sessions need 3,600 minutes, so the $24 pack of 5,000 is the one to buy.
Do you connect to Docebo directly?
No. There is no integration and nothing to install in the platform. You or your admin export the recording where the course allows it, then upload the file here.
My Docebo session file is over 2 GB.
It will start once a pack is on the account; until then the upload ceiling is 2 GB. Every file can still be up to 5 GB or 10 hours, and a longer day goes in as two files.
Can the session be in a language other than English?
Yes. 99 languages are detected automatically, so a German or Japanese session needs no setting. A recording that mixes languages is detected on its main one.
What files can I download, and who sees the audio?
You can download TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON files. Sessions are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training, and deleting a recording removes its text as well.
