Transcribe EverWebinar recordings one presentation, transcribed once, used everywhere.
An EverWebinar runs a long recorded presentation on a schedule, so you transcribe that source recording once: upload the file, or paste its YouTube or Vimeo link, and a 75-minute presentation is text in about 2.5 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Evergreen means one recording
The webinar plays a thousand times. The recording behind it only needs transcribing once.
Where the source file is
An evergreen webinar is built from a video you already have: the original live session, or a presentation you recorded and hosted yourself. Use that file from your computer, or paste its YouTube or Vimeo link if it is hosted there. If it only exists inside a webinar platform, download it from there first; it is usually an MP4.
Transcribe the source, not every run
Every scheduled session replays the same recording, so there is nothing new to transcribe per run. One upload gives you the text, the chapters and the captions for every showing. Re-transcribe only when you record a new version of the presentation.
Funnels, priced
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. At about 2 minutes per audio hour, those 45 hours come back in about 90 minutes.
Copy that comes from the talk
Each recording returns a brief with the thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, and the names, prices and dates the presenter used. The presenter, and any guest, is named in the summary and key quotes. Upload on upload page; the questions the presentation answers become your follow-up emails and sales-page FAQ.
An evergreen funnel
The pitch is word-perfect on video. The emails around it were written from memory.
✗ Video doing all the work
Everything else guesses at what the webinar says.
- Follow-up emails that miss the key points
- Sales-page copy out of step with the talk
- No captions for viewers with sound off
- Objections answered only on video
- Affiliates writing their own versions
- A rerecord with no record of the last one
✓ The talk in writing
One source for every email, page and caption.
- About 2.5 minutes for 75 minutes
- Captions as SRT or VTT
- Questions the talk answers, listed
- Key quotes for emails and ads
- Chapters that match your slides
- Transcribed once, used for every run

FAQ
EverWebinar recordings, answered.
Does WhipScribe connect to EverWebinar?
No. There is no EverWebinar integration and no bot in any session. Transcribe the source recording: upload the file, or paste a YouTube or Vimeo link where it is hosted.
Do I need to transcribe each scheduled session?
No. Each session replays the same recording, so one transcript covers every run. Transcribe again only when you replace the presentation with a new version.
What does it cost for several funnels?
The opening minutes are a free preview; a longer presentation is previewed until a pack is on the account. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
How long does a presentation take?
About 2 minutes per hour of audio: a 75-minute presentation in about 2.5 minutes, a 2-hour masterclass in about 4.
What about a long or large master file?
A file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Uploads up to 5 GB go through before the first pack; larger files need a split or an audio-only export.
Which languages, and is my presentation private?
99 languages are detected automatically, so a version in Spanish or Portuguese needs no setting. Presentations are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training. Download it as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON.
