Transcribe Google Keep voice notes including the long ones.
Audio from Google Keep voice notes transcribes once you save the recording to your phone or computer and upload it here, and a 70-minute recording is text in under 3 minutes. The opening minutes are a free preview, and thirty 8-minute notes (240 minutes) fit the $4 pack of 300 minutes.
Keep audio to text
Keep is quick for a thought. When the thought runs long, a full transcript helps.
Getting the audio out
Keep attaches the audio to the note it belongs to. Depending on your device and version, the note's options may let you share or download the recording; check the menu on the audio itself. If Keep will not hand over the file, record long sessions in your phone's recorder app instead and upload that file. That also keeps a long recording safe if a note is edited or deleted later.
Short notes, long notes
Keep suits quick thoughts. Long recordings are different: a 70-minute walk-and-talk or a planning session needs chapters and a summary to be useful. Here the whole file is transcribed, then turned into a brief with takeaways and the dates and numbers said.
A backlog, priced
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. A habit of a 70-minute recording every weekday, 22 a month, is 1,540 minutes and sits on the $18 pack of 3,000. Credits never expire, so a pack bought for a backlog lasts as long as you need.
Uploading from the phone
Save the audio to Files on Android or iPhone, open this page in the browser and pick the file in the upload box. Most audio uploads without conversion, and a refused format can be turned into an MP3 first. A Google Drive share link to the audio works too, with nothing to download.
Voice notes elsewhere
Voice notes pile up because listening back takes as long as recording.

FAQ
Google Keep audio, answered.
Does WhipScribe connect to Google Keep?
No. There is no Keep integration. You save the audio from the note and upload the file, or put it in Google Drive and paste the share link.
How long does a 70-minute recording take?
Under 3 minutes, at about 2 minutes per audio hour. A short 5-minute note is done in seconds.
What does it cost to try one note?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
Is there a length limit?
Each file may hold up to 10 hours or 5 GB, with or without a pack. Voice notes are nowhere near that; a recording longer than 10 hours would go in as two files.
What languages can the note be in?
Any of 99, detected automatically. A note that switches language is detected on its main language and the switches are handled. Background noise like traffic or wind is not transcribed; speech is.
What happens to my notes?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and never used for training, and you can delete the note and its transcript whenever you like. Export as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON.
