Downloading the recording
On-Air webinars are hosted in StreamYard, and the recording usually lands in the StreamYard library with the broadcast. Download it from there; it typically comes as an MP4 video, and some plans also offer an audio-only download, which is smaller and works just as well here. Check your plan's options if the button is missing.

A 45-minute webinar is ready in about 90 seconds, a 1-hour one in about 2 minutes, a 2-hour panel in about 4. The result waits in your library if you step away.

StreamYard On-Air recordings, answered.
Can I paste the On-Air webinar page link?
No. The On-Air registration or replay page is not fetched. Download the recording from the StreamYard library and upload it, or paste a YouTube link if the broadcast also went there. WhipScribe has no StreamYard integration.
Video or audio download?
Either works. An audio-only download, where your plan offers it, is much smaller and gives the same transcript, which matters on a slow connection or a webinar that ran long. MP4 video uploads as it is, and a 1-hour webinar at ordinary webinar quality usually sits well below the 2 GB that uploads before a pack.
How long does a 2-hour panel take?
About 4 minutes. A 1-hour webinar takes about 2, a 3-hour live workshop about 6. Speed follows the audio length, not the video resolution.
What does a year of webinars cost?
Fifty 1-hour webinars are 3,000 minutes, which the $24 pack of 5,000 covers. Twenty-five of them, 1,500 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000. Minutes never expire, so they carry into the next season.
Are guests named?
The summary, key quotes and chapters name the host and guests where the recording makes that clear, which helps when you pull a quote for a social post or credit a guest in the recap. Guests should agree to being recorded, as the law where you are requires.
Limits, languages and privacy?
10 hours or 5 GB per file, and up to 2 GB before the first pack. 99 languages are detected automatically. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and webinars are transcribed on our own servers without being used for training.
