Transcribe Webex Calling recordings long conversations your team can review in minutes.
Webex Calling recordings transcribe once you download the recorded call and upload it here, at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so a 75-minute escalation call is text in about 2.5 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a month of 30 calls averaging 45 minutes (1,350 minutes) fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
Long calls, read in minutes
The calls worth reviewing are the long ones. They are also the ones nobody replays.
Getting the recording out
Where recordings live depends on how your administrator set up call recording for Webex Calling, so the route varies by organisation. Often a user or admin can play and download recorded calls from a recordings list; if you cannot see yours, ask the admin which recording service your lines use. Downloads are usually standard audio files; check the export settings if you are unsure.
Review time, cut down
At about 2 minutes per audio hour, a 75-minute call is ready in roughly 2.5 minutes and a full day of 30 calls of 45 minutes in about 45. A reviewer reads a long call in a few minutes instead of replaying it at double speed for half an hour.
A review month, priced
Thirty calls of 45 minutes are 1,350 minutes. That is beyond the $6 pack of 500, so it takes the $12 pack of 2,000 and leaves 650 minutes for next month. A one-off 75-minute call alone is covered by the $6 pack, and the first 20 minutes are free to test with.
What reviewers read
A brief with the purpose of the call and the takeaways, chapters marking each topic, the names, amounts and dates said, and the questions the call answered. Speakers are identified and named in the summary and key quotes, and the chat can find every call where a cancellation came up.

FAQ
Webex Calling recordings, answered.
Does WhipScribe integrate with Webex Calling?
No. There is no Webex integration, no Control Hub app and no bot on any line. You download the recordings your role can access and upload them, or collect them in a Google Drive folder and paste the link.
How quickly does a long call come back?
Plan on about 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 75-minute call takes roughly 2.5 minutes, and a batch of 1,350 minutes takes about 45, all running while you do something else.
What will a month of reviews cost?
The first 20 minutes are free for a first-time visitor; longer calls are previewed until a pack is on the account. A 1,350-minute month goes on the $12 pack of 2,000, and unused minutes carry forward because they never expire.
Do we need consent to record calls?
Recording calls needs whatever consent the law where you and the caller are requires; your phone system's announcement is often part of that. WhipScribe is not involved in recording and only transcribes the files you upload afterwards.
Can a very long call go up as one file?
Yes, up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file. Before the first pack, files up to 2 GB upload; recorded calls are audio and almost always far smaller than that.
Which languages, and is the audio private?
The language of every call is detected automatically from 99. Calls are processed on our own servers and are never used for training. Exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, so notes, captions and tooling all work.
