Do I need to download the video first?
No. Paste the YouTube link and the audio is fetched on our side. Uploading a downloaded file also works, if that is what you have. A private video cannot be fetched from a link, so for one of those, upload the file you exported.
How long does a three-hour episode take?
About 6 minutes, because processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A four-hour episode takes about 8.
Can I transcribe a live podcast replay?
Yes, once the live show has ended and the replay is on the channel. Replays over 6 hours start once a pack is on the account; the ceiling for any one recording is 10 hours.
What about an episode longer than 10 hours?
Download it and split it into two files, then upload both. Each part is transcribed separately and returned with its own chapters. Splitting at a natural break, such as an intermission or a guest change, keeps both halves easy to read.
What does a channel's back catalogue cost?
First visits come with 20 free minutes. Fifty episodes of 90 minutes are 4,500 minutes, on the $24 pack of 5,000. A month of four 3-hour episodes is 720, on the $12 pack of 2,000.
Is YouTube connected to my account?
No. There is no YouTube integration and no channel access; we read the public link you paste. Transcripts are made on our own servers and are never used to train models.
