Transcribe Zoho Notebook audio cards meetings you can read back.
A meeting recorded in a Zoho Notebook audio card can be exported as an audio file and uploaded here, up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and a 90-minute meeting comes back as text in about 3 minutes. One such meeting uses 90 minutes of the $6 pack of 500 minutes, after the first 20 minutes free for a new visitor.
From an audio card to minutes
Notebook holds the recording in a card; the transcript turns it into minutes you can share.
Exporting from the audio card
Open the audio card on the device where it was recorded and look in the card's menu for a share, export or download option, which varies between the phone, tablet and desktop apps. Save the audio to the device or to Google Drive, then upload it on upload page or paste the share link. WhipScribe has no connection to Zoho Notebook; this is a manual export.
Format and size
Check the exported file's extension before uploading; recordings from phones are usually compressed audio such as M4A, which stays small. At 128 kbps a 90-minute meeting is about 86 MB, and even a full 8-hour workshop at that rate is near 461 MB, far below the 2 GB that uploads before a pack.
Team meetings over a month
Two 90-minute meetings a week make 1,440 minutes over eight weeks. That fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes at $0.36 an audio hour. One month alone, 720 minutes, is beyond the $6 pack, so the $12 pack is also the right buy for it.
Minutes that write themselves
Each meeting comes back with a brief of decisions and takeaways, chapters per agenda item, and the names, figures and deadlines that were said. Ask the chat who agreed to send the budget and it finds the line. Colleagues are named in the summary, chapters and key quotes.

FAQ
Zoho Notebook audio, answered.
Can WhipScribe read my Notebook cards directly?
No. There is no integration with Zoho Notebook and no access to your account. Export the audio from the card yourself and upload the file or a Drive link here.
How long does a 90-minute Notebook recording take?
About 3 minutes, at roughly 2 per audio hour. A 4-hour planning day is ready in about 8 minutes, and the proof page shows 9.31 hours finished in 1,033 seconds.
What do a team's meetings cost over a month?
On a first visit the first 20 minutes are free, and a longer meeting is previewed before any purchase. One meeting fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, while 720 minutes a month goes on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. For a team recording every week there is also Workspace at $19 a month.
Everyone in the meeting knew it was recorded. Do I need anything else?
Telling people at the start, as in the sample, is the right habit, and the consent the law where you meet requires applies. Keep the transcript where the meeting's notes would normally go.
Half the team speaks English, half another language. Is that handled?
Yes. The main language is detected automatically from 99, and switches into a second one inside the meeting are handled in the same transcript.
Which exports does a Notebook recording get, and is it kept private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON are offered for each meeting. Meeting audio is transcribed on our own servers and is never used for training, and any recording can be deleted with its text.
