What if a sitting ran past 10 hours?
One file or link can be up to 10 hours. For a longer sitting, download the replay and split it into two files at a recess, then upload both; each comes back with its own chapters.
Which languages are supported?
Spanish is picked up automatically, one of 99 languages. A sitting that includes passages in another language is transcribed on its main language, so check those passages against the replay.
Which exports are available?
Downloads come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. JSON keeps every timestamp for a monitoring database, and DOCX suits a report. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and nothing is published on your behalf.
