Transcribe radio tertulias recorded in Spain.
To transcribe a radio tertulia from Spain, paste its podcast feed or upload the recording: a 3-hour programme in Spanish comes back in about 6 minutes. A week of five 2-hour tertulias is 600 minutes on the $12 pack of 2,000, and the first 20 minutes are free.
For researchers, analysts and press offices
Hours of debate on air, turned into text you can search for a name, a figure or a claim.
Built for monitoring
The brief lists the names, organisations, numbers and dates said on air, so a mention of your topic is found without listening. Each sits next to a timestamp for the clip you need to check.
Who said it
Contertulios and the presenter are named in the summary, the key quotes and the chapters. When four people argue a point, the quote you study still carries a name.
A season of programmes
A month of weekday tertulias of 2 hours, twenty-two programmes, is 2,640 minutes on the $24 pack of 5,000. A single week, 600 minutes, fits the $12 pack. Credits never expire across a long study.
From the feed or a file
Many stations publish programmes as podcasts, and an RSS or podcast link is pasted directly. An off-air recording or a downloaded episode goes through upload page.

FAQ
Radio tertulias: frequent questions.
How long does a 3-hour tertulia take?
Around 6 minutes; transcription runs near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 2-hour programme is back in about 4, so a morning show can be searchable before lunch. A backlog of a hundred programmes can be uploaded in one sitting and worked through in parallel.
What does a month of programmes cost?
Twenty-two weekday programmes of 2 hours are 2,640 minutes on the $24 pack of 5,000. One programme of 3 hours is 180 minutes on the $6 pack of 500. Prices are in USD. Credits are one-time, with no subscription, and they carry over from one study to the next.
What happens when contertulios talk over each other?
Crosstalk is the hard part of any tertulia. The clearer voice is transcribed; words under it can be missed, so check heated passages against the audio before quoting. Music, jingles and sound effects are not transcribed; the speech is. Advertising breaks are transcribed if they are spoken, so the brief may mention a sponsor read on air.
How big is a programme file?
A 3-hour MP3 at 128 kbps is 172.8 MB (16,000 bytes a second times 10,800 seconds), well under the 5 GB per file. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB, and a podcast link needs no upload. A programme recorded off the air with interference is harder; the clearer the source, the cleaner the text.
Does it work for programmes in Catalan?
Yes. Spanish and Catalan are both among the 99 languages detected automatically, one recording at a time. A programme that switches between them is detected on its main language. Use the transcript for research and monitoring within your rights to the recording.
Which exports are there, and is the work private?
TXT and DOCX for reports, JSON for a monitoring database, SRT and VTT for clips. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, so a research corpus stays in your account. Each transcript can be deleted when the study ends.
