Transcribe real estate broker review lectures and keep every term in one searchable file.
A 2-hour online review session for the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination is transcribed in about 4 minutes, with chapters per topic and the terms, figures and periods the lecturer stated listed by timestamp. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers four sessions of that length.
For broker reviewees
Broker review mixes contracts, appraisal, ethics and practice in the same week. A searchable transcript keeps those threads apart.
The point of each session, first
Every transcript opens with a brief: the lecture's thesis and the takeaways it returned to. On a weeknight after work, reading it takes a few minutes instead of a two-hour replay.
Definitions you can search by word
Terms the lecturer defined, the figures in an appraisal example and any periods mentioned are listed with the minute they were said. Search a term and land on its explanation.
Topics broken into chapters
A session that moves from contracts to appraisal to professional ethics gets a chapter for each, with a title and a start time you can jump to.
Evening sessions, one link
When the sessions are saved to a shared Drive folder, pasting the folder link queues them all. A recording on your laptop can be sent through the upload page.
Why replays eat the evening
After a workday, a two-hour replay to find one definition is two hours you do not have.
✗ Reviewing from the recording
Many broker reviewees already work in sales or property, so review happens at night and on weekends. Notes from a live session are thin, and the replay is only useful if you remember where the topic came up.
- Definitions in shorthand you cannot read later
- Appraisal figures copied out of order
- No way to search the video for a term
- Tagalog explanations dropped by English-only tools
- Sessions that blur into one another
- A backlog of unwatched replays by the third week
✓ Tonight's session, as text
Each session becomes text you can read on a phone, search by term and file by topic.
- A short brief per session
- Terms and figures with timestamps
- Chapters per topic
- Questions the session answers, ready for drills
- Four 2-hour sessions per $6 pack
- DOCX for a reviewer you build week by week

FAQ
Real estate broker review lectures, answered.
How fast is a 2-hour session transcribed?
Roughly 4 minutes, given processing near 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 6-hour weekend lecture takes about 12.
What does a month of evening sessions cost?
Four 2-hour sessions are 480 minutes, inside the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Four evening sessions a week for a month, sixteen in all, are 1,920 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Add the weekend lectures and a season can pass 2,000 minutes; at that point the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes is the one to buy.
My Zoom recording of the session is large. Will it upload?
Your file can be as long as 10 hours or as large as 5 GB, whichever it hits first. Before your first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB; a bigger file starts once a pack is on the account. If the recording sits on Google Drive or YouTube, paste the link instead, and keep to the sessions your review program lets you download.
Can I treat the transcript as advice on contracts?
No. It is an AI transcript with timestamps for working from: not a certified transcript and not legal advice. Check every rule against the law and your review materials before you rely on it.
Which languages are recognised?
English, Tagalog and Filipino are detected automatically, and a session that switches between them is handled as one recording. Sessions partly in a regional language such as Bikol or Kapampangan are supported, though those parts come back as a fast first draft, so plan one review pass.
What can I export from a session, and is it private?
TXT and DOCX for reading, SRT and VTT to caption the session video, and JSON. Since many reviewees share notes in a group chat, it helps to know that recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
