Transcribe startup all-hands recordings from Israel, in both languages.
A one or two hour startup all-hands recorded in Israel transcribes in about 2 to 4 minutes, in Hebrew, English or a mix of the two. The first 20 minutes are free, one all-hands fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and twelve monthly 90-minute meetings, 1,080 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
For the people who were not in the room
Half the company is in another time zone. The all-hands should still reach them.
Two languages, one meeting
The meeting is detected on its main language and the switches are handled, so a CEO update in Hebrew followed by a product demo in English for the US team comes back as one transcript. Read the passages in the second language once before quoting them.
What was decided
The brief collects the targets, dates, headcount figures and launch plans that were said aloud, and the chapters mark the update, the demo and the questions.
A year of all-hands, counted
Twelve monthly all-hands of 90 minutes are 1,080 minutes. The $12 pack of 2,000 minutes holds them, and a team that records every week may prefer the $19 a month Workspace.
Getting the recording out of the call
Zoom and Teams recordings are downloaded first, usually as an MP4, and then uploaded. A recording someone saved to Google Drive can be pasted as a share link instead.
Why all-hands recordings go unwatched
A two-hour video is not how an engineer in another office catches up.
✗ A link in Slack
The recording is posted, and most of the team never presses play.
- Two hours of video for one announcement
- Questions from the Q&A nobody can find again
- Hebrew segments the overseas team cannot follow
- Notes written by whoever had time
- No record of the targets that were set
- New hires with no history of earlier meetings
✓ An all-hands you can skim
The meeting becomes a short brief and a full text to search.
- Ready minutes after the recording is uploaded
- Hebrew and English in the same transcript
- Chapters for the update, demo and Q&A
- Targets and dates gathered in one place
- Chat to ask what was said about hiring
- DOCX for the wiki, TXT for search

FAQ
Startup all-hands in Israel: common questions.
How long does a two-hour all-hands take?
About 4 minutes, at close to 2 minutes per audio hour. A 90-minute all-hands is ready in about 3.
What does a year of all-hands cost?
A single two-hour all-hands is 120 minutes, which the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers four times over. Twelve monthly 90-minute meetings are 1,080 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. The pack is charged in US dollars, once, and unused minutes stay on the account for the next quarter.
Our all-hands video is several gigabytes. Will the upload take it?
An all-hands file can be as long as 10 hours or as heavy as 5 GB. Before a pack is bought the upload limit is 2 GB, and a heavier screen recording begins once a pack is on the account. When the upload refuses a particular video format, converting it to an MP3 first gets it through, and the audio is all the transcript needs.
What happens when we switch between Hebrew and English?
Hebrew and English are both among 99 languages detected automatically. The all-hands is detected on its main language and the switches are handled, so both parts appear in the same transcript.
Does anything have to join our live meeting?
No. Nothing joins the live meeting. You record the all-hands as usual, download the recording, and upload it afterwards.
What do we export, and where does the audio go?
The text exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON for the wiki or an internal tool. Company recordings are processed on our own servers and never used for training, and they can be deleted once the notes are written.
