Weekly reports and client calls · Zoom or Teams

Transcribe a Tagalog Zoom or Teams meeting and send the minutes before the shift ends.

A 90-minute Zoom or Teams meeting in Tagalog or Taglish is transcribed in about 3 minutes, with a brief that lists the decisions, owners and dates for the minutes. The first 20 minutes free cover a short stand-up in full, and four 90-minute meetings fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.

Packs from $6, credits never expire · then from $0.36/hour · Credits never expire · Never used to train AI
✓No bot in your call · ✓Taglish in one pass · ✓Decisions and dates listed · ✓Not used for training

For teams that meet every week

Whoever takes the minutes misses half the meeting. Record it and write the minutes from the text instead.

Minutes from the brief

The brief gives the meeting's main point, the takeaways and the questions it settled. Paste it into your minutes template and edit, instead of starting from a blank page.

Owners, numbers and deadlines

Targets, figures and due dates said in the meeting are listed with their timestamps, and the people who took an action are named in the summary and quotes.

Nothing joins your meeting

Nothing is added to your Zoom or Teams meeting. You record as usual, then upload the file once the call has ended.

Recordings over 500 MB

A long Zoom video can be large; the embedded box takes up to 500 MB and anything bigger continues on the upload page.

Why minutes go wrong

On a night shift, minutes get written at 6 a.m. from memory, if they get written at all.

✗ Writing minutes by hand

Accomplishment reports and client calls run long, switch between Tagalog and English, and end just as everyone logs off. The minutes come out late and thin, and the client remembers a different deadline from the one the team wrote down.

  • One person typing while also reporting
  • Action items nobody wrote down
  • Client requests remembered differently
  • Captions that cannot follow Taglish
  • A bot in the call that clients notice
  • Minutes sent a day after the meeting

✓ The same meeting here

The recording becomes text with the minutes already drafted in the brief.

  • A brief with decisions and takeaways
  • Figures and deadlines with timestamps
  • Chapters per agenda item
  • Speakers named in summary and quotes
  • Four 90-minute meetings on the $6 pack
  • DOCX minutes and a TXT archive

Sample output

An accomplishment report in Taglish.

An invented example for this page. It does not come from a real team, client or company.

FAQ

Tagalog Zoom and Teams meetings, answered.

How long until the meeting is transcribed?

About 3 minutes for 90 minutes of audio, since processing runs near 2 minutes per hour. A 3-hour client workshop is ready in about 6.

What does a month or a quarter of meetings cost?

Four weekly 90-minute meetings, 360 minutes, fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A quarter of thirteen such meetings is 1,170 minutes and fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A team that records every week across several accounts may prefer the $19 a month Workspace. Pack credits never expire, so a slow month costs nothing extra.

How do I get the recording out of Zoom or Teams?

Teams recordings are saved to OneDrive or SharePoint; download the file, then upload it here. For Zoom, download the cloud recording, or use the MP4 or M4A file that a local recording saves on your computer.

Is a long meeting video too big?

One file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a full meeting goes in as one file without splitting. Before your first pack the upload limit is 2 GB; a larger recording starts once a pack is on your account.

Will a meeting in Tagalog and English come through?

Yes. Filipino and English are detected automatically, and English and Tagalog switches in one meeting are handled. If a teammate reports in Bisaya or Ilocano, that part is supported but comes back as a fast first draft; give it one review pass.

What can I export, and are client meetings kept private?

DOCX for the minutes and TXT, SRT, VTT or JSON for the archive. Client calls stay with you: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
