QA review for BPO teams · English and Tagalog calls

Transcribe Tagalog BPO call recordings and score calls from the text.

A batch of BPO calls in English and Tagalog, eight hours of audio in total, is transcribed in about 16 minutes, and each call comes back with a summary and timestamped text a QA analyst can score from. The first 20 minutes free cover a few sample calls, and sixty calls of 8 minutes fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes.

For QA and team leads

A QA analyst can listen to a few calls an hour. Reading the text, they can review the whole sample.

What each call was about

The brief for a call states the customer's issue, what the agent did and how the call ended. Scanning thirty briefs shows which calls deserve a full listen.

The lines your scorecard asks about

Key quotes keep the agent's opening, the verification step and the closing with their timestamps, and the agent and customer are named in them when they say their names on the call.

Search across a batch

Search the text for a product name, a complaint word or a promised callback across every call in the batch, then open the minute it was said.

A folder per campaign

Put one day's calls for a campaign in a Google Drive folder and paste the link. A single long recording of stitched calls can go through the upload page.

Why listening alone does not scale

Calibration sessions argue about what the agent said. The text settles it.

✗ Reviewing by ear

QA teams sample a handful of calls per agent because listening takes as long as the call. Code-switching calls are the hardest to score fairly when nobody can quote them.

  • A small sample, chosen at random
  • Scorecards filled from memory of the call
  • Disputes with no exact wording to check
  • Tagalog asides lost by English-only tools
  • Coaching notes without a timestamp
  • Per-minute vendors priced for low volume

✓ The same batch here

Every call in the batch comes back as text with a brief, so sampling becomes a choice instead of a limit.

  • A summary of each call's issue and outcome
  • Key quotes with timestamps for coaching
  • Search across all calls in the batch
  • Questions the customer asked, listed
  • Sixty 8-minute calls on the $6 pack
  • JSON for your QA tool, DOCX for coaching

FAQ

BPO call recordings, answered.

How fast is a day's batch of calls?

Eight hours of calls take about 16 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes of processing per audio hour. Short calls are usually done within a minute each.

Which pack fits our call volume?

Sixty calls of 8 minutes are 480 minutes and fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A week of 240 such calls, 1,920 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Six hundred calls, 4,800 minutes, fit the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which also includes API access for sending calls from your own system.

Which call file formats work, and are there size limits?

MP3, WAV, GSM and the other common audio formats are accepted. One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB; before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB. Each call can stay its own file, so there is nothing to split or join.

Is customer audio kept private?

For your client and your agents, the short answer: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. You can delete a call and its transcript at any time. Check that your client contract allows call audio to be processed by an outside service before you upload.

Our agents switch to Tagalog with some customers. Does that work?

Yes. English and Tagalog switches within one call are handled, and Filipino calls are detected on their own. Calls taken in Cebuano or Hiligaynon are supported with lower accuracy than the major languages, so treat those as a fast first draft and review them once.

How do we get the text into our QA tools?

Export JSON with timestamps for a QA platform or spreadsheet, DOCX for coaching sessions, and TXT, SRT or VTT if you need them.
