Transcribe a Taglish Zoom or Teams meeting and send the minutes before end of shift.
A 90-minute Taglish Zoom or Teams meeting comes back as text in about 3 minutes, with the decisions and dates pulled into a brief. The first 20 minutes are free, and a month of four such meetings, 360 minutes, fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Drop the saved recording below; no bot ever joins your call.
What a meeting turns into
Weekly reports and client calls, as minutes someone can actually send.
From the recording, after the call
Nothing joins your meeting. Save the Zoom recording as MP4 or M4A, or download the Teams recording, then upload the file here. Night-shift teams can drop the file at the end of the shift and find the text waiting in the Library. The recording stays there too, next to the minutes you made from it.
Minutes, not a wall of words
The brief states what the meeting decided and the takeaways, and lists the names, numbers and dates said aloud, such as a deadline or a target. Chapters follow the agenda, so a weekly accomplishment report splits into each person's update.
Taglish on the call
Teams report in English and argue in Taglish, and switches between English and Tagalog in one recording are handled. If a teammate from the provinces speaks Hiligaynon or Ilocano for a stretch, expect that part as a fast first draft and give it one review pass.
Client calls you can quote
Key quotes come back with a timestamp and the speaker named in the summary, quotes and chapters when names are used on the call. That makes it easy to confirm what the client asked for before the next sprint. Long recordings of an all-day workshop continue on the upload page.
Why minutes never get written
The person taking notes is also the person presenting.
✗ Notes taken live
Someone half-listens while typing, and the minutes go out two days late or not at all.
- A note-taker who cannot join in
- Bots that ask everyone for consent
- Taglish asides left out of notes
- Action items lost after the call
- Recordings nobody replays
- Minutes sent days later
✓ Minutes written from the recording
Everyone stays in the conversation, and the minutes start from a full transcript.
- Roughly 3 minutes for a 90-minute call
- No bot in the meeting
- Decisions and dates in the brief
- Chapters along the agenda
- Taglish asides kept in
- A DOCX to drop into the minutes template

FAQ
Taglish team meetings, the common questions.
How long does a 90-minute meeting take to transcribe?
Close to 3 minutes, at about two per audio hour. A 2-hour client workshop is usually ready in about 4.
What does a month of meetings cost?
Four 90-minute meetings are 360 minutes and fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A team with two such meetings a week, about 720 minutes a month, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes with room for the next month. A team that records every week may prefer the $19/month Workspace.
How large can a meeting recording be?
Up to 10 hours or 5 GB for one file. Recordings of 2 GB or less upload at once, and a heavier one waits for your first pack. Audio-only M4A files from Zoom are much smaller than the video.
Can I paste a Zoom or Teams link instead of a file?
Download the recording and upload the file. Teams recordings in particular need to be downloaded first. A recording you have already put in Google Drive can be pasted as a share link.
Which languages are supported in meetings?
99 languages are detected automatically, Tagalog and Filipino among them. English and Tagalog switches in one meeting are handled. Client calls held fully in English come back in English.
What formats do we get, and who can see the meeting?
TXT and DOCX for the minutes, SRT and VTT for captions on a shared recording, JSON for your own tools. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
