Transcribe Taglish BPO call recordings and score QA from text.
Taglish BPO call recordings transcribe at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a batch of 250 seven-minute calls, about 29 hours, takes roughly an hour of processing. The first 20 minutes are free, and 1,750 minutes of calls fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Paste a Google Drive folder link for the batch, or drop a single call below.
What a call batch turns into
QA reads the calls instead of listening to every minute of them.
A folder, not one call at a time
QA teams pull a day's sample of calls into a folder. Paste that Google Drive folder's share link and every recording in it is picked up, each one coming back as its own transcript with its own timestamps.
English with customers, Taglish in coaching
Calls with customers abroad are mostly English, and they come back cleanly. Coaching sessions and internal huddles in Taglish are handled too, since English and Tagalog switches inside one recording are supported. An agent who drops into Cebuano with a teammate gets a fast first draft of that part, worth one review pass.
What QA looks for, findable
Search a batch for the greeting, the verification step or the closing script and jump to it by timestamp. The brief for each call lists the names, numbers and dates said, which makes it quick to check what the customer was promised.
Where the audio goes
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. No bot joins a live call; this works on recordings after the call. You can delete any call and its text at any time, and the $24 pack adds API access if you would rather send calls from your own system.
Why QA samples so few calls
Listening is the bottleneck, not judgement.
✗ Listening call by call
A QA analyst can only play so many minutes in a shift, so most calls are never reviewed.
- Real-time listening for every call
- A tiny sample of the day reviewed
- Coaching notes typed by hand
- Taglish huddles left out of review
- No search across the batch
- Disputes argued from memory
✓ Reading the batch
The day's sample comes back as text, so an analyst skims, searches and replays only the moment that matters.
- Around 2 minutes for each hour of calls
- A Drive folder in one link
- Script steps found by search
- Names and numbers listed per call
- Taglish coaching handled too
- Timestamps to replay the moment

FAQ
Taglish BPO call recordings, the common questions.
How long does a batch of calls take to transcribe?
Expect about 2 minutes of processing for every hour of calls. A batch of 250 calls of seven minutes, about 29 hours of audio, takes roughly an hour. You can leave it running and come back to the Library.
What does a day's or a month's sample cost?
250 calls of seven minutes are 1,750 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A month of 700 such calls is 4,900 minutes and fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes, which also includes API access. A team that records every week can also look at the $19/month Workspace.
Is there a size limit per recording?
Any one file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack, uploads go up to 2 GB per file. Single calls are far smaller than either limit.
Should we join many short calls into one file?
No. Keep one file per call, so each transcript, brief and timestamp belongs to one customer. A Drive folder link sends them all at once.
Which languages do the calls work in?
99 languages are detected automatically, including English, Tagalog and Filipino, and English and Tagalog switches in one recording are handled. Calls with customers abroad are usually detected as English.
Which formats can QA export?
TXT and DOCX for scoring sheets and coaching notes, SRT and VTT if you play calls back with captions, and JSON for your own QA tooling. We make no claim of any certification; if your client contract sets rules for call audio, check them before uploading.
