What a recorded meeting gives you

The minutes start from the record of what was said, not from memory.

Weekly reports in one read

Weekly accomplishment report meetings run long because every member reports. The brief lists the takeaways and the numbers and dates people said, so the person writing the minutes starts with a draft of the essentials.

No bot in the room

Nothing joins your Zoom or Teams call. Record it the way you already do, then upload the file afterwards: download the Teams recording first, and take the MP4 or M4A from the Zoom recording folder or cloud page, and send any file too large for the box through the upload page.

Night-shift teams catch up

Teams that work US hours often hold the handover call when half the people are asleep. A transcript with chapters lets the day group read what was agreed, with each decision tied to its timestamp.

Client calls with a clock

When a client asks what was promised, search the transcript of the call and play back the exact moment. Speakers are identified and named in the summary and key quotes.

Why meeting minutes take so long

Long calls, many speakers and Taglish make minutes slow to write from notes.

✗ Minutes from notes

Someone takes notes while also taking part, then rebuilds the meeting from memory.

  • Notes taken while presenting
  • Decisions remembered differently
  • Bots that need admin approval to join
  • Built-in transcripts that skip Taglish
  • Replaying the recording to find one date
  • Per-seat plans for one weekly call

✓ Minutes from the record

The full call as text, with the decisions already listed.

  • About 3 minutes for 90 minutes
  • Decisions, names and dates in the brief
  • Chapters per agenda item
  • Speakers identified in the summary and quotes
  • Taglish kept as spoken
  • DOCX ready for the minutes template

FAQ

Zoom and Teams meeting transcription, answered.

How long does a 90-minute meeting take?

About 3 minutes. Processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio; a 3-hour planning session takes about 6.

What do our weekly meetings cost?

Four 90-minute meetings use 360 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500. A team with several long calls a week uses about 1,500 minutes a month, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000. For a team that records every week there is also a $19/month Workspace; the first 20 minutes are free.

Our Zoom MP4 is large. Do I split it?

No. The ceiling per file is 10 hours or 5 GB; before the first pack, files up to 2 GB upload. The audio-only M4A that Zoom saves is much smaller than the video and transcribes the same.

Does it handle meetings in Taglish?

Yes. Calls that move between English and Tagalog are handled, with the main language detected on its own.

Which formats are there, and is the meeting private?

The meeting downloads as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a meeting and its transcript whenever you need to.

Can it write our minutes?

It gives you the brief, chapters, decisions, names, numbers and dates said, plus a chat that answers questions about the meeting. The minutes are still yours to write and approve, but you start from a draft instead of a blank page.
