Transcribe BPO call recordings for QA, a batch at a time.
BPO call recordings transcribe at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a QA batch of 300 calls of 8 minutes each, 2,400 minutes in all, fits the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free for a test, and recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
What QA gets from a call batch
Read and search the calls instead of listening to every one at full length.
Read a call in a minute
A QA analyst can read an 8-minute call far faster than they can listen to it. The transcript keeps every line with its timestamp, so the analyst plays only the moments worth hearing.
Search the whole batch
Look for the opening spiel, a disclosure line or a phrase customers complain about across every call in the batch. TXT and JSON exports make the search work in your own tools as well.
Agent and customer in the summary
Each call's summary and key quotes identify and name the speakers, so a reviewer sees what the customer asked for and what the agent promised before opening the full text.
Folders, not single files
Put the batch in a Google Drive folder and paste the share link, or upload the files from the dialer export. One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a long merged recording works too.
Why call QA samples stay small
Listening is the bottleneck, so most teams review only a small share of calls.
✗ Listening at full speed
Each call takes its full length to review, plus notes, plus a second listen for disputes.
- A few calls per analyst per hour
- Disputes settled from memory
- No search across a batch
- Taglish asides missed in notes
- Per-seat software for a pilot
- Calls sent to tools that train on them
✓ Reading a batch
Every call as text with times, so review starts with reading.
- Near 2 minutes of processing per hour of calls
- Search across all calls
- Agent and customer named in each summary
- Timestamps for each finding
- Credits that never expire
- No call used for model training

FAQ
BPO call transcription, answered.
How fast does a batch of calls come back?
Processing runs at about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a single 8-minute call usually finishes in under a minute. Each call comes back as its own transcript in your Library.
What does a QA batch cost?
300 calls of 8 minutes use 2,400 minutes, which needs the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes at $0.29 per audio hour. A pilot of 50 calls of 8 minutes uses 400 minutes and fits the $6 pack. The $24 pack includes API access, and the first 20 minutes are free.
Our dialer exports long files. How big can one be?
One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Files up to 2 GB upload before any pack is bought; larger ones start once a pack is on the account. Single calls are tiny by comparison.
Do the calls need to be in one language?
No. English calls with Filipino agents come through, and English and Tagalog switches in one call are handled. The main language is detected without a setting.
Which formats are there, and what happens to the recordings?
Each call exports as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete calls and transcripts whenever your retention policy requires; we do not claim any compliance certification, so check the fit against your client contract.
Can we connect it to our QA system?
There is no built-in connector to QA or CRM software. The $24 pack includes API access, and JSON exports carry the text and timestamps for your own scripts.
