Transcribe training day recordings in South Korea a full day, chaptered by module.
An eight-hour training day recorded as one file in Korean is transcribed in about 16 minutes, and the chapters split it by module. The first 20 minutes are free, the whole day fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes, and a two-day course of 14 hours fits the $12 pack of 2,000.
For HR and training teams
A day of training, turned into material the next group can use.
Chapters by module
A training day moves through modules: an opening, a policy section, a hands-on block, a Q&A. The chapters follow those turns with timestamps, so a new hire can watch the one module they missed.
Morning to evening, one upload
Leave the camera or recorder running from morning to evening and upload the result as one file on the upload page. One file can hold up to 10 hours, so a long day needs no cutting.
Watch the file size
Eight hours of high-resolution video may pass 5 GB. If it does, export the audio or a lower-resolution copy; audio alone for a whole day is a small fraction of that. A file over 2 GB starts once a pack is on the account.
Questions from the room
The Q&A is often the most useful part of a session. The questions the recording answers come back as a list, which can become an FAQ for the next cohort. Trainers can use the same list to fix the slides that caused the most confusion.
Why training recordings go unwatched
Nobody rewatches eight hours to find the twenty minutes they need.
✗ A day-long video in a shared folder
The recording exists, but the people who missed the session have no way into it except from the start.
- A single eight-hour video with no index
- Files cut into parts to fit an upload limit
- Handouts that do not match what was said
- The trainer's answers lost after the day
- Captions that stop after the first hour
- Retraining the same material each quarter
✓ A training day as a resource
The whole day comes back once, ready for notes, captions and onboarding.
- About 16 minutes for eight hours
- Chapters for each module
- The trainer named in the summary and quotes
- Questions from the room, listed
- A chat for questions about the day
- SRT and VTT for the training video

FAQ
Training day recordings, answered.
How long does an eight-hour training day take to transcribe?
Around 16 minutes, since processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. A six-hour day takes around 12. You can close the page while it runs; the transcript waits in your Library.
What does a training programme cost?
Eight hours is 480 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500 with 20 to spare. A two-day course of 14 hours, 840 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000. Running the same course for several groups adds up quickly, and the $24 pack of 5,000 covers ten such days at about $0.29 per audio hour. Prices are in US dollars.
Is my full-day recording too large to upload?
One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before the first pack uploads go up to 2 GB. A long video above that starts once a pack is on the account; above 5 GB, export the audio, which is far smaller.
Should I split the day by module?
No need. The chapters divide the day for you, and one file keeps one clock. Only a recording longer than 10 hours, such as a long first day, goes up as two files.
Does it work for Korean training with English terms?
Korean is detected automatically and the day is transcribed on that main language. Product names, English acronyms and system terms inside Korean speech are handled; check the ones that go into a handbook. A trainer who switches into English for a whole module is still transcribed on the main language, so read that module closely.
Which formats come back, and is the recording kept private?
Downloads are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, made in one pass. Internal training recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. For a team that records sessions every week there is a $19 monthly Workspace.
