Transcribe a full training day recorded in Spain.
An 8-hour training day recorded in Spain goes in as one file and comes back in about 16 minutes, split into chapters that follow the modules. At 480 minutes it fits the $6 pack of 500, so nobody has to cut the recording at lunch or pay for a plan.
One day, one document
Morning to close, kept on a single clock and broken where the modules break.
No cutting at lunch
A training day recorded from the first coffee to the closing questions is often a single file of 6 to 8 hours. It stays a single file here: up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so the timestamps on the last module still count from the morning start.
Chapters per module
The trainer moves from one block to the next with a sentence like "let's go on to the second part". Chapters pick up those turns, so a participant who missed the afternoon goes straight to it.
Material for the next cohort
The transcript of a good session is most of a handout. Export DOCX, cut it down, and the next group gets written notes. SRT and VTT put captions on the video if you publish it internally.
When the video is heavy
Eight hours of high-resolution video can pass 5 GB. If it does, export the audio or a smaller copy from your editor and send that; the speech is what gets transcribed. Before a pack, files go up to 2 GB on the upload page.
Why day-long sessions break other tools
A training day is longer than most tools will take in one piece.
✗ Chopping the day up
Hour caps and upload limits push you into cutting the file, and every cut resets the clock.
- Four pieces with four timelines
- Breaks transcribed as noise
- Module boundaries lost
- A per-hour price that adds up
- Notes only for the morning
- No captions for the published video
✓ The day as it ran
One upload and the session returns whole, with chapters where the trainer changed topic.
- 8 hours processed in about 16 minutes
- One timeline from start to close
- Chapters by module
- Questions from the room in the quotes
- Captions from the same run
- $6 for 500 minutes

A day of training, as it comes back.
This sample is illustrative and was written for this page in English for readability; the course and people are invented. A session given in Spanish or Catalan comes back in that language.

FAQ
Day-long training recordings, the common questions.
How long does an 8-hour training day take to transcribe?
About 16 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 6-hour day is around 12 minutes. The public proof page lists a 9.31-hour file finished in 1,033 seconds.
What does one training day cost?
A 6-hour day is 360 minutes and an 8-hour day is 480, so either fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A programme of four 8-hour days is 1,920 minutes, which the $12 pack of 2,000 covers.
Is there a length limit per file?
The ceiling per file is 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever is reached first. A full training day fits; a two-day course recorded as one 14-hour file would need to go in as two files.
Will the breaks and music be transcribed?
No. Music, sound effects and room noise are not transcribed; the speech is. A long lunch break simply passes as a gap in the timeline. Group exercises where everyone talks at once come through only as clearly as the room audio allows.
Can it handle a session in Spanish with some Catalan?
Yes. Both languages are among the 99 we detect automatically, and a recording that switches is transcribed on its main language.
Which files come back, and is the session kept private?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, with a brief and chapters. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
