What does a year of meetings cost?

Will the Ukrainian be in Cyrillic, and what about English?

Do we need everyone's agreement to record?
Recording a meeting needs whatever consent the law where you meet requires. The simple habit is to say at the start that the meeting is being recorded for the minutes, and to note it on the agenda.
The recording is in two parts and on a phone. Is that fine?
Upload each part as its own file, or join them first if you want one brief for the whole evening. A phone video under 2 GB uploads before any pack; once a pack is on the account, files go up to 5 GB or 10 hours. An audio-only voice memo of three hours is far smaller, usually under 200 MB.
Where is the recording kept, and what can we download?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training; the meeting sits in the account that uploaded it. Downloads are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and the chat over the transcript answers questions such as when the hall booking was approved.
