Transcribe an Urdu khutbah and post the week's message as text.
A 35-minute Urdu Friday khutbah recorded in Canada comes back as Urdu-script text in a little over a minute, with Urdu detected automatically and Arabic openings and English passages handled in the same pass. After the first 20 minutes free, a full year of 52 such khutbahs, 1,820 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
For the masjid's media volunteer
The khutbah is given once, on Friday, to whoever could leave work. The text reaches the rest of the community by the weekend.
The message in a few lines
The brief sets out the khutbah's theme and its main lessons, ready for the newsletter or the community's group message.
References and dates found
Surahs and hadith mentioned, dates of upcoming programmes and the names said aloud are listed with timestamps.
Ramadan talks too
Nightly talks and dars sessions in Urdu go through the same way, each as its own file, so a whole month of talks becomes searchable by topic.
The archive in one go
Paste a Google Drive folder of past khutbahs, or upload a long Eid programme video through the upload page.
After Jumu'ah
The khutbah is recorded every week. The recordings pile up, and none of them can be searched.
✗ Recordings only
A phone sits on the minbar each Friday and the files collect in a shared folder.

FAQ
Urdu khutbahs, answered.
How long does a khutbah take to transcribe?
A 35-minute khutbah takes a little over a minute, at about 2 minutes of processing per hour of audio. A two-hour Eid programme takes about 4, and for a first-time visitor a khutbah of 20 minutes or less is transcribed in full in the free preview.
What does a year of Fridays cost?
At 35 minutes a week, 52 khutbahs come to 1,820 minutes, which fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. Add thirty nightly Ramadan talks of 45 minutes, 1,350 minutes, and the year's 3,170 minutes go on the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes instead. A single month of four khutbahs, 140 minutes, fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. Prices are in US dollars, paid once.
Will the text be in Urdu script?
Yes, Urdu speech comes back in Urdu script, and Urdu is one of 99 languages detected automatically. The khutbah is detected on its main language; the Arabic of the opening and the du'a, and any English section for the youth, come through in the same transcript.
Our khutbah is mostly English with an Urdu section. What happens?
Then it is detected as English, its main language, and the Urdu section is still handled in the same pass. A masjid that alternates the khutbah language from week to week needs no setting either way.
Can I paste the livestream?
A YouTube link, live replays included, goes in with no upload, and so does a Google Drive share link. For a stream on any other platform, download the file and upload it. A phone audio recording of 35 minutes is a few dozen megabytes, and a long Eid video under 2 GB uploads before any pack is bought.
Where is the khutbah processed, and what comes back?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Downloads are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON, and the chat over the transcript answers questions such as which Friday the topic was family ties.
