Transcribe webinar recordings from South Korea, presenters and Q&A included.
A 60 to 120 minute webinar recorded in South Korea transcribes in about 2 to 4 minutes, with Korean detected automatically. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes holds four two-hour webinars with 20 minutes left over.
After the 웨비나 ends
The replay gets a few views. The text can do more work.
Link or file
A replay posted on YouTube or Vimeo is pasted as a link and fetched for you, with no download on your side. A recording kept inside a webinar platform is downloaded first, usually as an MP4, and then uploaded; check the platform's export settings if you only see a share page.
Presenter and panel, named
The summary and key quotes name the host, the presenters and anyone who answered in the Q&A, and the chapters mark where each part of the programme starts.
A year of monthly webinars
Twelve monthly webinars of 90 minutes add up to 1,080 minutes. That fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes and leaves 920 minutes for next year's first sessions.
Korean captions for the replay
SRT and VTT files carry the timings, so the replay can show Korean captions, and the DOCX becomes a recap post or a handout for attendees. Marketing teams often turn the Q&A chapter into a short FAQ for the product page.
What happens to most 웨비나 replays
An hour-long replay asks a lot of a busy viewer.
✗ Video only
The recording sits on a replay page that few people finish.
- Registrants who never open the replay
- Questions from the Q&A lost in the middle
- No captions on the replay video
- Slides without the presenter's explanation
- Recaps drafted from the slides alone
- Platform storage that expires
✓ Text beside the video
The webinar becomes something a viewer can skim and search.
- About 4 minutes for a two-hour recording
- Korean detected, no language menu
- Chapters for the talk, the demo and the Q&A
- Launch dates and figures listed in the brief
- Caption files timed to the replay
- Chat to pull a quote for the recap

FAQ
Webinar recordings in South Korea: what people ask.
How fast is a two-hour webinar?
About 4 minutes for the full two hours, and about 2 for a 60-minute session. The processing rate is close to 2 minutes per audio hour whether the webinar is in Korean, English or both, so the text is usually ready before the follow-up email goes out.
What would a run of webinars cost?
Four two-hour webinars are 480 minutes, which the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers. A monthly 90-minute series for a year is 1,080 minutes and goes on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. All amounts are in US dollars, with no subscription.
Is my webinar file too big?
A single webinar file can reach 10 hours or 5 GB. Before the first pack the ceiling is 2 GB, and a two-hour HD webinar is often below it; anything heavier starts processing as soon as a pack is on the account. An audio-only M4A export of the webinar is much smaller still and works just as well.
Do I need to tell it the webinar is in Korean?
No. Korean is detected automatically, one of 99 languages, and a webinar that mixes in English product names or a guest who presents in English is transcribed on its main language with the switches handled.
Can I paste the YouTube Live replay?
Yes. YouTube links, including live replays, are fetched directly, as are Vimeo and Google Drive share links. A replay that only lives inside a webinar platform has to be downloaded and uploaded, and a replay that runs longer than 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account.
What do I get, and what happens to the recording?
You can download a TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON file, and the page also gives you a brief, chapters and a chat over the transcript. Webinar audio is handled on our own servers and is never used for training.
