A 2-hour screen-share MP4 at 1 Mbps is 900 MB (125,000 bytes a second times 7,200 seconds), within the 5 GB per file and the 2 GB allowed before the first pack. If the upload refuses that file, convert it to MP3 first and try again. A webinar recorded in HD at a higher bitrate is larger, and the audio track alone is always enough.

Yes, when it is a YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive link. A replay that only lives inside the webinar platform is downloaded first and then uploaded. Twitch and Kick links work too, for webinars streamed there.

Spanish and English are among 99 languages detected automatically. A webinar is detected on its main language and the switches are handled; read the English passages once before publishing them. Product names and acronyms come out as heard; check them once before the article goes live. Presenters who share their screen and read the slides aloud give the cleanest passages.
