Is there a file-size limit?
5 GB and 12 hours per file through the web UI. That covers essentially any MP3 — a 12-hour recording at a normal bitrate is well under a gigabyte.
What if my MP3 is a link rather than a file?
Paste the URL instead. We fetch the audio server-side, so you don't have to download a two-hour file just to upload it again.
Will it separate two people on one track?
Yes. Diarization works from the mixed audio, so a single-track MP3 of an interview comes back as labelled turns. Overlapping speech is the hard case for every engine; clean turn-taking separates cleanly.
Can I get subtitles from an MP3?
Yes — SRT and VTT export with word-level timing, which is what you want if the MP3 is the audio bed for a video you're about to caption.
