Google Cloud Dialogflow is Google's conversational-AI platform for building voice and chat agents. Dialogflow CX (the newer generation) supports complex state machines, multi-turn conversations, and integrations with Google Cloud Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech, GCP databases, and external APIs. The platform serves both consumer chatbots and enterprise voice agents. Pricing is pay-as-you-go based on conversation turns and minutes. Dialogflow has been around for a decade (since the 2016 Google acquisition of API.ai) and is widely used inside Google Cloud customers.
