No. For a certified, filed transcript, use a licensed court reporter or a certified provider (Rev's human tier is one common pick). Whipscribe is for working transcripts — prep, review, internal evidence logs.
Can I control retention?

Are timestamps precise enough for an evidence log?
Per-word and per-segment timing in every export. SRT, VTT, JSON formats. Reference a timestamp; a reader jumps to the exact second of the source recording.
