CPD seminars, webinars, conventions · 4 to 8 hours

Turn a CPD seminar day into notes and keep notes worth the day you spent.

An 8-hour CPD seminar or webinar comes back as searchable text in about 16 minutes, with a chapter for each speaker and the figures and standards they cited listed with timestamps. The first 20 minutes are free, and one 8-hour day fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes with 20 minutes to spare.

Packs from $6, credits never expire · then from $0.36/hour · Credits never expire · Never used to train AI
✓An 8-hour day in one file · ✓Speakers in Taglish, no setup · ✓Sessions split by speaker · ✓Seminars never used to train

For licensed professionals

You sat through eight hours for the units. The transcript lets you keep the content too.

A chapter for each speaker

A CPD day runs through four to six speakers with breaks between them. Chapters mark each session with a title and time, and the summary names the speakers, so the long file reads like a programme.

The figures you will need again

Standards, percentages read from slides, section numbers and effective dates said aloud are listed with their timestamps, so you can go back to the exact explanation.

About 16 minutes for the whole day

Each hour of seminar audio takes about 2 minutes. Our public test transcribed 9.31 hours in 1,033 seconds, and the method is on the long-files proof page.

Paste the webinar link

If the organiser posted the replay on YouTube or shared a Google Drive file, paste the link. Downloaded videos go through the upload page.

Why seminar notes fade

A full day of talks leaves a certificate and a page of notes from the first session.

✗ After a typical seminar day

The morning speakers get your attention, the afternoon ones get your fatigue, and the recording sits unwatched. When a colleague asks what changed in the standard, you remember the slide but not the explanation.

  • Notes that stop after lunch
  • Slides shared without the explanation
  • An 8-hour replay nobody opens
  • Questions from the open forum lost
  • Figures half heard and never checked
  • Nothing to share with colleagues

✓ That seminar day, transcribed

The whole programme comes back as text, divided by speaker and searchable.

  • A brief with each session's takeaways
  • Chapters per speaker with times
  • Figures and dates said aloud, listed
  • Open forum questions and answers
  • An 8-hour day on the $6 pack
  • DOCX notes for your files

FAQ

CPD seminar recordings, answered.

How long does an 8-hour seminar take?

Plan on roughly 16 minutes for the full day, since eight hours at about 2 minutes each is 16. A 4-hour half-day webinar is ready in about 8.

What does one seminar day cost?

An 8-hour day is 480 minutes, which fits the $6 pack of 500 minutes. A two-day convention of 16 hours is 960 minutes and goes on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. New accounts start with the first 20 minutes free; prices are in USD.

The whole-day video is huge; what is the way to send it?

A file may be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, and before the first pack uploads go up to 2 GB. A full-day video in high resolution can pass 5 GB, while the audio alone is small: at 128 kbps, MP3 takes 128,000 bits per second times 3,600 seconds, about 58 MB an hour, so 8 hours is about 460 MB. If the upload refuses the seminar video, convert it to MP3 first.

Do I need to cut the day at the lunch break?

No. The whole day goes in as one file and chapters mark the sessions. Only a day longer than 10 hours needs two files.

Some speakers switched to Kapampangan. Will that work?

English and Filipino are detected automatically, switches between them are handled and the English sessions come back cleanly. Kapampangan and the other regional languages are supported, but expect a fast first draft there and give it one review pass.

Which files can I keep, and does anyone else hear the seminar?

Notes come as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON, each timestamped. Seminar recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. The transcript is your notes, not proof of attendance; your provider's records handle that.
