Transcribe an LGU public hearing so every resident's comment is on paper.
A 5-hour public hearing on an ordinance or a local project comes back as text in about 10 minutes, with the positions raised, the questions asked and the answers given, each with a timestamp. You get the first 20 minutes free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers one 5-hour hearing with 200 minutes left.
For LGU staff, committees and civic groups
A public hearing only counts if the comments make it into the report.
The positions, summarised
The brief sets out the proposal under discussion and the takeaways from the floor: who supported it, who objected, and on what grounds.
Every question asked from the floor
The questions residents raised are listed with the answers the officials gave, ready for the hearing report.
Figures and places named
Tax rates, amounts, sitios and street names said during the hearing are pulled out with timestamps, which makes it easy to check a figure later.
Several hearings on one project
Put each consultation's recording in a Google Drive folder and paste the link, or upload a single long video through the upload page.
Reporting a hearing the usual way
Five hours of comments end up as one paragraph saying the public was consulted.
✗ Staff notes and a livestream
Residents speak quickly, in Tagalog and the local language, and the strongest objection may come at the end of a long day. Staff taking notes are often the same people answering questions at the front, so the record of the floor is thinnest exactly when it matters most.
- Comments summarised as 'concerns were raised'
- No record of which questions went unanswered
- A livestream that only lives on a social page
- Local language passages no tool reads
- Report deadlines that arrive before the notes are typed
- Residents disputing what was said
✓ The same hearing here
The whole hearing returns as text the committee can quote in its report, and a resident who asks what the LGU heard can be shown the exact words with their time.
- A brief of positions and takeaways
- Questions from the floor with answers
- Figures and places with timestamps
- Officials named in the summary and quotes
- One 5-hour hearing on the $6 pack
- DOCX for the committee report

FAQ
LGU public hearing recordings, answered.
How long does a 5-hour hearing take to process?
About 10 minutes. A 3-hour consultation takes about 6.
What does a series of hearings on one project cost?
One 5-hour hearing uses 300 minutes, so the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers it. Three consultations of 5 hours in different barangays are 900 minutes and fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes.
The hearing was streamed on Facebook. Does that link work?
Not a Facebook link: download the replay first, then upload it. YouTube links, including live replays, and Google Drive share links can be pasted directly. A streamed replay longer than 6 hours begins once the account holds a pack.
How big can the hearing file be?
A hearing recording is accepted up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever it reaches first, and a file above 2 GB waits for the first pack. Only a hearing longer than 10 hours needs to go in as two files.
Residents spoke Ilocano and Tagalog. Is that handled?
Tagalog, Filipino and English are detected automatically and switches between them are handled. Ilocano and the other regional languages are supported as a fast first draft, so plan one review pass over those comments before quoting them.
Which formats come out, and what happens to residents' recorded comments?
TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON; SRT adds captions to the posted video. The residents' comments are not reused anywhere: recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
