Transcribe a barangay session with the motions and amounts listed.
A four-hour Sangguniang Barangay or municipal session comes back as text in about 8 minutes, with the amounts, dates and agenda items said listed in the brief. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers two four-hour sessions.
What a session recording gives the secretary
A full record of the deliberation, so the minutes start from what was actually said.
Every item on the agenda
Sessions move through the agenda one item at a time. Chapters with timestamps follow those items, so the secretary can open the discussion of one proposed ordinance without replaying the morning.
Amounts and dates pulled out
Budget items, project costs, deadlines and resolution numbers are the details that matter in the minutes. The brief lists the names, numbers and dates said, each linked to the moment it was spoken.
Members named in the summary
The summary, key quotes and chapters identify and name the members who spoke, which helps when the minutes record who moved and who seconded. Check each against the audio before the minutes are approved.
A draft, not the official record
The transcript helps write the minutes; it does not replace them. The secretary still prepares the minutes and the council still approves them in the way it always has. What changes is that a disputed line can be settled by searching the text and playing the timestamp.
Why minutes fall behind
Long sessions and one secretary mean the minutes are written days later from notes.
✗ Minutes from handwritten notes
The secretary takes notes for hours while also keeping track of the agenda.
- Hours of notes for one session
- Motions with the mover left out
- Amounts written down wrong
- Replaying a Facebook video to check one line
- Free tools that stop after 30 minutes
- Minutes ready only at the next session
✓ Minutes from the transcript
The whole session as text with times, items and amounts.
- Four hours processed in about 8 minutes
- Chapters per agenda item
- Amounts and dates in the brief
- Members named in the summary and quotes
- Tagalog and Taglish deliberations as spoken
- DOCX for the minutes template

FAQ
Barangay and LGU session transcription, answered.
How long does a 4-hour session take to transcribe?
Roughly 8 minutes, since each audio hour takes about 2. A full-day session of 7 hours takes about 14.
What do our sessions cost?
A 4-hour session uses 240 minutes, so two fit the $6 pack of 500. Twenty sessions of 3 hours use 3,600 minutes and fit the $24 pack of 5,000 minutes. Prices are in US dollars, credits never expire, and the first 20 minutes are free.
Our session video is very long. Is there a limit?
One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, so a session rarely needs splitting; longer than 10 hours means two files. Before the first pack, uploads up to 2 GB go through. A Facebook Live replay must be downloaded first, while a YouTube replay works from its link.
Does it handle sessions in Tagalog or a regional language?
Tagalog, Taglish and English are handled and detected automatically. Sessions held in Cebuano, Ilocano, Hiligaynon, Waray, Bikol or Kapampangan are supported with lower accuracy, so treat the text as a fast first draft and plan one review pass.
Which formats are there, and who sees the recording?
The session exports to DOCX for the minutes template, and to TXT, SRT, VTT and JSON. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training. Delete a recording and its transcript at any time.
Can we file the transcript as the official minutes?
No. It is a working draft that makes the minutes faster to write and easier to check. The official minutes remain the document your secretary prepares and your council approves.
