Transcription for conference speakers your talks, as text you can reuse.
A keynote or panel recording is transcribed at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so a 3-hour workshop is ready in roughly 6 minutes with chapters, key quotes and captions. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
After you step off stage
The talk is over in an hour. What you said can keep working for months.
Where your recordings come from
The organiser's video on YouTube or Vimeo, a file they send through a share link, your own phone audio from the front row, or a podcast feed that ran the session. Links paste straight in; files are uploaded.
Sizes that come up
A 50-minute keynote filmed in 1080p is often 1 to 3 GB. The box here takes 500 MB; larger files go on to the upload page, which takes up to 5 GB per file. Audio alone is far smaller.
What you get back
A brief with your thesis and takeaways, chapters with timestamps, key quotes with each speaker named, the figures you cited, and the audience questions the session answered.
Where it goes next
Turn the brief into a blog post, the quotes into social posts, the chapters into a talk page, and the SRT into captions. Reading your own transcript is also the quickest way to tighten the next version of the talk.
Before and after
Most talks are given once and never quoted again.

FAQ
Speakers' questions.
How fast is a talk transcribed?
About 2 minutes per hour of audio: a 50-minute keynote in under 2 minutes, a 3-hour workshop in about 6. A link is fetched first, so allow a little longer for a long video.
What does a year of talks cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Add a few 3-hour workshops and you are on the $18 pack of 3,000. Credits never expire, so a quiet quarter costs nothing.
Can I publish the organiser's video with my captions?
Ask first. The recording usually belongs to the event, even though the words are yours, and panellists should agree before you quote them in your own material.
The organiser sent a YouTube link. Do I need the file?
No. Paste the YouTube or Vimeo link, or a Google Drive share link, and it is fetched for you, so there is nothing to download. Recordings kept on other platforms or event apps need the file downloaded first and then uploaded here.
What if the whole conference day is in one recording?
One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB. Upload the day as it is and use the chapters to find your session, or trim to your slot first to spend fewer minutes.
Which exports do I get, and is the talk private?
You can export TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON: DOCX for a blog draft, SRT for captions, JSON if someone builds a talk page from it. Talks are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training.
