Transcription for CPA candidates review lectures you can search instead of replay.
CPA review lectures are transcribed at about 2 minutes per audio hour, so a 3-hour lecture is ready in roughly 6 minutes with chapters by topic and the figures said aloud listed. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. The opening minutes are a free preview.
Four sections, a lot of hours
Every section is dozens of lecture hours. Reading them back is faster than watching them back.
The recordings
Review course lectures by section, live online classes you recorded, problem walkthroughs and study-group calls. They come as video or audio files, or as links on YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive that you can paste in.
Upload or paste
This page's box takes files up to 500 MB, and anything larger carries on to the upload page with the same 10-hour or 5 GB limit. Files up to 5 GB go through, with or without a pack.
Built around the numbers
Lectures come back with chapters per topic, a brief, the questions they answer, and the thresholds, percentages, dates and amounts the instructor said, each with the minute it was said.
Standards move
Rules, thresholds and tax figures change between exam windows. A transcript records what was said when the lecture was made, so check figures against your current course materials before you memorise them.
Before and after
A worked example is easy to follow once and hard to find twice.
✗ Watching it again
The lecture is clear; locating the part you need is not.
- Forty hours of video per section
- A threshold mentioned once, mid-example
- Notes that miss the second half of a calculation
- Weekend study spent scrubbing timelines
- No search across a section's lectures
- The same topic explained in three lectures
✓ Reading it back
Upload the lectures and review from text you can search.
- Chapters per topic, with timestamps
- Figures and dates listed from every lecture
- A brief per lecture for the final pass
- Chat that finds the worked example
- 2,400 minutes per 40-hour section
- DOCX and TXT for your own notes

FAQ
CPA candidates ask.
How long does a 3-hour lecture take?
Roughly 6 minutes after the upload finishes. A 10-hour day of recorded classes takes about 20 minutes as one file.
What does a full section cost?
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Credits never expire, so the second pack can wait for the second half of your schedule.
Are the figures in the transcript up to date?
They are what the instructor said when the lecture was recorded. Standards and tax figures change between exam windows, so check every threshold, rate and effective date against your current course materials and the official sources before you rely on it. The chat can list every figure a lecture mentions, which makes that check quicker.
Can I transcribe my review course's videos?
Use copies your course lets you download or record, and keep the transcripts for your own study. Links from YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive can be pasted in directly; for anything else, download the file first and upload it.
Will accounting acronyms and terms come through?
Most do, since English terms are handled as spoken. Read the first a free preview of the opening minutes of one lecture to see how your instructor's terms come out before buying a pack.
What comes back, and is the recording private?
Plain text, Word, SRT, VTT and JSON, plus the brief and chapters on screen. Course recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and nobody else sees your study files.
