Transcription for customer success teams so every promise made on a call is on record.
A customer success manager can turn a 75-minute quarterly business review into text with the customer's goals, numbers and commitments in about 3 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes of processing per audio hour. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
From the review call to the account plan
What the customer asked for, and what you promised, written down the day it was said.
What a CS team records
Quarterly business reviews with several people from the customer's side, onboarding sessions that walk through setup over an hour or more, training webinars for a customer's staff, escalation calls and renewal conversations. Most come out of a video-call app as a cloud recording; some are phone recordings exported as audio.
Getting calls in
The box here takes recordings up to 500 MB; larger ones continue on upload page, up to 10 hours or 5 GB per file. Recordings already saved to Google Drive paste in as a share link, and a training webinar posted to YouTube or Vimeo works by link too. No bot joins your calls.
The month, in minutes
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. Across a full renewal quarter of the same rhythm, 4,410 minutes fits the $32 pack of 6,000 with 1,590 to spare.
What each call returns
A brief with the customer's goals and the takeaways, chapters with timestamps through the agenda, the names, numbers and dates mentioned, and the questions the customer asked. The people on the call are named in the summary and key quotes. Ask the chat what you agreed to deliver before the next review.
Why call notes fail at renewal
At renewal, the customer remembers what you promised better than your notes do.
✗ Notes after the QBR
A short recap written between calls, missing the detail the customer will bring up in three months.
- Goals recorded as 'grow usage'
- A promised feature date nobody logged
- Onboarding questions answered and then forgotten
- Handovers between CSMs with no history
- Seat counts and figures misremembered
- Escalations retold differently by each side
✓ Every call as text
A written record of each account conversation, ready for the account plan and the next review.
- A 75-minute QBR readable about 3 minutes later
- Promises and deadlines pulled into the brief
- Onboarding steps found by chapter
- A clean handover when an account moves
- Customer questions collected for the help centre
- Exports pasted into the account plan

FAQ
Questions customer success teams ask.
Can I record calls with customers?
Recording a call needs the consent required by the law where you and the customer are, so say at the start that the call is recorded and why. Most customers accept it more easily when they know the purpose is an accurate record of what was agreed.
What is the one thing to check before sending a recap?
The numbers. Dates, seat counts and figures are listed in the brief, but read the sentence around each one in the transcript before it goes into a recap or a renewal proposal, since a figure said as a guess can sound like a commitment once it is in writing.
Does it connect to our CS platform?
No. There is no connection to a CS platform, CRM or calendar. Upload the recording or paste a link, then copy the brief into the account record or attach the DOCX.
What will our month cost?
The opening minutes of every recording are a free preview. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Packs are paid once and never expire.
Can a long customer training webinar be done too?
Yes. A webinar up to 10 hours or 5 GB uploads as one file, or by YouTube, Vimeo or Drive link, and comes back with chapters you can link from the help centre.
Who sees customer recordings?
Only your account. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and each one can be deleted with its transcript at any time.
