Transcribe a 2-hour customer call and keep every promise made on it.
A 2-hour customer call is 120 minutes of audio, and it comes back as text in about 4 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest with at least 380 minutes left for the rest of the account's calls.
What a long account call is for
Two hours with a customer is an escalation, a renewal or an onboarding. Each one ends with promises.
Text within minutes of the call
Calls that run two hours are rarely routine: an escalation with engineering on the line, a renewal review, a long onboarding with an admin. At about 2 minutes per audio hour the call is text in roughly 4 minutes, so the summary reaches the account team the same afternoon.
Promises and dates in one list
The brief collects the names, numbers and dates said: the fix promised by the next release, the credit agreed, the date of the follow-up. Chapters with timestamps let anyone check the exact wording of a commitment before it goes into the account record.
The customer's sentences, kept intact
Key quotes come back with timestamps, and speakers are named in the summary, quotes and chapters. When a customer describes a problem in their own words, that sentence carries more weight in a product meeting than a paraphrase, and it is easy to find again.
Upload after the call, from any tool
Nothing joins the meeting, so the customer never sees an extra participant. Record in Zoom, Google Meet or a phone system, then upload the file or paste a Google Drive share link. A Teams recording needs downloading first, then uploading.
Why account calls get misremembered
The person who promised the fix leaves the company, and nobody knows what was said.
✗ Notes from a busy account manager
Two hours of problems and promises are compressed into five lines in a shared note.
- Commitments with no date attached
- The customer's complaint softened in the retelling
- A recording nobody has time to replay
- A meeting bot the customer objected to
- Per-seat tools for a team that records weekly
- Handover to a new owner with no context
✓ The call as an account record
The recording goes up once and returns as text, with the issues and promises already listed.
- Text in about 4 minutes after the call
- First 20 minutes free
- Issues and commitments in the brief
- Customer quotes with timestamps
- A chat to ask what was promised and when
- DOCX to attach to the account

FAQ
Two-hour customer calls, the usual questions.
How long does a 2-hour customer call take to transcribe?
About 4 minutes. Processing runs at roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio, and the transcript stays in your Library if you close the tab.
What does a 2-hour call cost, and what if we record every week?
A single call uses 120 minutes. The first 20 are free for a first-time visitor, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest with at least 380 left. Sixteen two-hour calls a month, 1,920 minutes, fit the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A customer team that records every week may prefer the $19/month Workspace.
Which file do I upload?
The recording your call tool saved, as audio or video. Two hours of audio at 128 kbps is about 115 MB, and video files are larger but rarely near the limits: 2 GB before the first pack and 5 GB after one.
Is there any need to split the call?
No. One file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, so a two-hour call goes up whole and keeps one set of timestamps for the quotes.
Our customers are in several countries. Which languages work?
99 languages are detected automatically, without a setting. A call that switches between languages is transcribed on its main language, and English and Tagalog switches in one recording are handled.
Does customer audio stay private?
Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete a recording and its transcript whenever a customer asks. Account notes can be downloaded as DOCX, TXT, SRT, VTT or JSON.
