Transcribe your OJT orientation and write the narrative report from what was actually said.
A 4-hour OJT orientation recorded on your phone comes back as searchable text in about 8 minutes, with the requirements, deadlines and rules said aloud listed with timestamps. The first 20 minutes are free, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers two half-day orientations.
For OJT and practicum students
The narrative report asks what you learned in the orientation. The transcript remembers it for you.
The rules and dates, pulled out
Required hours, the dates for the evaluation forms, the dress code, who signs the daily time record: the names, numbers and dates said aloud come back as a list with their timestamps.
A brief to start the report
The thesis and takeaways of the session read like the opening of a narrative report section. Rewrite them in your own voice and add what you experienced during the first weeks on the job.
Chapters for each speaker's part
An orientation moves from the school coordinator to the company's HR to a department head. Chapters mark each part and the summary names the speakers, so you can cite the right person.
Ask the transcript
Chat with the transcript to find the answer you half remember, such as how many absences are allowed or where to submit the weekly journal. Each answer points back to the timestamp, so you can hear the coordinator say it again.
Where intern notes run out
By hour three of an orientation, most interns have stopped writing and started hoping someone else did.
✗ Relying on handwritten notes
Orientations are long and dense, and the report is due weeks later when the details are gone. Classmates in other departments heard different rules, and nobody can settle which version is right.
- Pen notes that dry up by mid-morning
- Deadlines heard once and lost
- A phone recording no one replays
- Taglish explanations hard to summarise
- Report sections written from guesswork
- Group chats asking what HR said
✓ The same orientation here
Every requirement comes back as text, in order, with the time it was said.
- A brief with the session's main points
- Dates, hours and forms listed
- Chapters for school, HR and department
- Questions the orientation answered
- 240 minutes each, two per $6 pack
- A Word file to begin the report chapter

FAQ
OJT orientation recordings, answered.
How long does a 4-hour orientation take to process?
About 8 minutes, because a recording takes roughly 2 minutes per hour of audio. A 3-hour seminar is ready in about 6.
What will the whole OJT cost me?
A 4-hour orientation uses 240 minutes, so two fit the $6 pack of 500 minutes with 20 minutes left. If you also record six 3-hour company seminars, the 1,080 minutes sit on the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. New accounts get the first 20 minutes free, and all prices are in USD.
My phone split the recording. Must I join the files?
No. Upload each part; they come back as separate transcripts you can read in order. If one long file is easier, a single file can run up to 10 hours or 5 GB, whichever comes first, and uploads before your first pack go up to 2 GB.
Some speakers used Bisaya or Hiligaynon. Will it work?
Taglish and English are detected without settings, and the English segments come back cleanly. Bisaya, Hiligaynon and the other regional languages are supported, but the text for those parts is a fast first draft that needs one review pass.
Can I paste the transcript into my report?
Use it as your source, then write in your own words; schools expect reflection, not a copy of the orientation. Quoting a short rule with its timestamp is the honest way to cite what was said.
What formats do I get, and is my recording private?
Your orientation downloads as TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT or JSON. The file is transcribed on our own servers and never used for training; delete it whenever the report is done.
