Transcribe a 2-hour coaching call and send the recap the same evening.
A 2-hour coaching call is 120 minutes of audio, and it comes back as text in about 4 minutes at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes finishes the call with at least 380 minutes left for later sessions.
After the call ends
The coaching happens in the room. The text is for the follow-up, the next session and the pattern across months.
Ready before your next client
Two hours of conversation takes about 4 minutes to process. Upload the recording when the call ends and the transcript, brief and chapters are usually there before you have written your own notes, so the recap goes out while the session is still fresh for both of you.
What the client committed to
The brief pulls out the names, numbers and dates said on the call: the deadline the client set, the conversation they promised to have, the figure they want to reach. Chapters with timestamps let you jump back to the moment a goal was agreed instead of scrolling through two hours.
Their words, not your paraphrase
Key quotes come back with timestamps, and speakers are named in the summary, quotes and chapters, so you can tell your question from the client's answer. Quoting a client's own sentence in the recap often lands harder than any summary you write yourself.
Two hours from a 500-minute pack
A newcomer's first 20 minutes cost nothing. After that the call draws on a $6 pack holding 500 minutes, so at least 380 minutes stay on the account, a little over three more calls of the same length. Credits never expire and nothing renews.
Why coaches stop taking notes
Writing while you coach means half your attention is on the page.
✗ Notes typed during the call
Coaches who type while the client talks miss the pause, the shift in tone and the sentence that mattered.
- Eye contact lost to the keyboard
- Goals written down from memory afterwards
- A bot in the meeting the client did not expect
- Meeting tools that cap the free tier at 30 minutes
- No way to find what was said three sessions ago
- Hours spent replaying the recording
✓ The recording does the remembering
You stay with the client for two hours and let the file do the record-keeping once the call is over.
- About 4 minutes for the full call
- No bot in the meeting, ever
- First 20 minutes free
- Commitments and dates in the brief
- Client quotes with timestamps
- A chat to ask what came up about a topic

FAQ
Two-hour coaching calls, the usual questions.
How long does a 2-hour coaching call take to transcribe?
Close to 4 minutes, given about 2 minutes of processing per audio hour. The public proof page shows a 2.48-hour file finished in 200 seconds. Shut the laptop if you like; the text is kept in your Library.
What does one 2-hour call cost?
A two-hour call uses 120 minutes. The first 20 are free for a first-time visitor, and the $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest, leaving at least 380 minutes. A coach with a dozen two-hour clients a month, 1,440 minutes, fits the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A practice where several coaches record every week can use the $19/month Workspace instead.
Which recording do I upload?
The file your meeting tool saved. A Zoom recording gives you an MP4 with video and an M4A with audio only, and the M4A is the smaller upload. A two-hour MP3 at 128 kbps is about 115 MB. A Teams file is saved to your computer first and uploaded from there; Google Drive share links can be pasted directly.
Is there a length or size limit I should worry about?
Not for a two-hour call. One file can be up to 10 hours or 5 GB, and before the first pack, uploads up to 2 GB go through. Even a two-hour call saved with video is usually far below that, so there is nothing to split.
Does it handle clients who switch languages?
99 languages are detected automatically. A call that moves between languages is transcribed on its main language, and English and Tagalog switches in one recording are handled. Check any passage in a third language by ear.
Who can see my client's recording?
Only you, through your account. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete the file and its transcript whenever the client asks. Download the text as DOCX or TXT, or as SRT, VTT and JSON.
