Transcribe an 8-hour conference day every talk on the program, searchable.
An 8-hour conference day is 480 minutes per room and comes back as one transcript in about 16 minutes, at roughly 2 minutes per audio hour. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
One room, one day
Every session on the agenda, turned into text by the closing reception.
From the AV desk or the stream
Conference days are usually recorded by the venue's AV team as one long file per room, or streamed to YouTube or Vimeo. Paste the replay link, or upload the room file through upload page. A YouTube live replay over 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account.
One chapter per talk
The transcript is chaptered at each session change, so the keynote, the panels and the lightning talks can be found by subject. The brief lists the figures, product names and dates speakers mentioned, and presenters are named in the summary and key quotes.
Captions for the session videos
Export SRT or VTT for the full room recording. If you later cut the day into one video per talk, the timestamps tell you where each cut starts, while TXT and DOCX suit the post-event write-up.
Rooms times days
Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire. A single-track, two-day event is 960 minutes on the $18 pack of 3,000.
After the event
Most conference talks are recorded once and never found again.

FAQ
Conference-day transcription, answered.
How long does an 8-hour room recording take?
About 16 minutes, at around 2 minutes per hour of audio. Several rooms can be uploaded one after another; each runs as its own job.
What does a whole event cost?
One room-day is 480 minutes, inside the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Packs are paid once and credits never expire.
Can I paste the conference livestream?
Yes, once it has ended: YouTube live replays and Vimeo links work, and a replay over 6 hours starts once a pack is on the account. For a platform that is not supported, download the recording and upload it.
The room file is larger than 5 GB.
Export the audio, around 460 MB for eight hours, or split the day at lunch into two files. Uploads go up to 5 GB, with or without a pack. Splitting at lunch also gives the morning and afternoon their own briefs, which some teams prefer for the recap.
Can I get one transcript per talk?
Upload each talk as its own file if the AV team cut them, and each gets its own brief. With one file per room, the chapters and timestamps mark where each talk starts. Recordings are worked on after the event; no bot joins anything live.
Which languages and exports, and is it private?
99 languages are detected automatically; a talk given in a different language from the rest of the day is best uploaded as its own file. The exports are TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Room recordings are transcribed on our own servers, and none of them is used for training.
