Transcribe an 8-hour seminar every module and every Q&A.
An 8-hour seminar is 480 minutes of audio and comes back as one chaptered transcript in about 16 minutes. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes, and credits never expire.
A full seminar day
The whole curriculum of the day, in text participants can reread.
Recording the day
Professional seminars and continuing-education days are usually captured on Zoom or Teams, a room microphone, or a phone on the lectern. Upload the file as it is, or paste a Vimeo or YouTube link if the organizer published the recording. Full-day video files go through upload page.
Modules become chapters
Chapters follow each module, case discussion and Q&A block. The brief lists the definitions, figures and references the presenters gave, and the chat answers questions such as where the second method was explained, with a timestamp.

The speed behind it

After a full seminar
Eight hours of teaching, and participants leave with the slides only.

FAQ
Eight-hour seminars: questions and answers.
How long does a seminar day take to transcribe?
About 16 minutes for eight hours. The job keeps running if you close the browser. The proof page shows long files finishing at that pace, so a seminar that ran over by an hour adds roughly two more minutes.
What will it cost?
One 480-minute day fits the $18 pack of 3,000 minutes; first-time visitors see a free preview of the opening minutes before buying. Packs start at $4 for 300 minutes. Credits never expire.
Can I transcribe each module separately?
Yes, if they were recorded as separate files; each comes back with its own brief. One continuous file of up to 10 hours also works and keeps a single clock. Separate files are handy when each module goes to a different team; one file is better when the presenter refers back to earlier modules.
The Zoom recording is several gigabytes.
Zoom can save an audio-only file, which for eight hours is a few hundred MB. Large video files upload with or without a pack, up to 5 GB.
Does it handle technical vocabulary?
Terms, names and figures said aloud are transcribed and listed in the brief; check specialist terms against the recording before you publish a handout. The language is detected automatically, from 99 supported. Music played during breaks is not transcribed, only the speech.
Exports and privacy?
Seminar transcripts export to TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON. Seminar recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are not used for training. A $19/month Workspace exists for teams that record seminars every week.
