Transcribe a Bisaya team meeting and write the minutes from the brief.
A Bisaya (Cebuano) Zoom or Teams meeting comes back as text in about 2 minutes per hour of audio, so a 90-minute weekly call is ready in about 3 minutes. The first 20 minutes are free, and a $6 pack of 500 minutes covers the rest of that call with room for four more of the same length. Cebuano lines arrive as a fast first draft worth one review pass, while the English stretches of the call come back clean.
From call to minutes
The weekly report call, written down before the next shift starts.
Where the file comes from
A Zoom local recording saves an MP4 video and a separate M4A audio file to your computer when the meeting ends; either one uploads as it is. A Teams recording has to be downloaded from where Teams kept it first, then uploaded here. A Google Drive share link needs no upload at all.
Accomplishment reports, sorted
A weekly accomplishment call is a run of people reporting in turn. The brief lists what each person said was done, what is blocked and what is due, and the speakers are named in the summary, key quotes and chapters, so the minutes start from a list instead of a blank page.
Bisaya, Tagalog and English together
Office talk in Cebu or Davao moves between Bisaya, Tagalog and English inside one sentence. You do not set a language: the main one is detected from the audio and the switches are kept as spoken. English and Tagalog switches are handled well; the Bisaya passages are the ones to read against the audio.
A month of calls on one pack
A 90-minute call uses 90 minutes. Four weekly calls make 360, which leaves 140 minutes of a $6 pack for a client call or two. The credits never expire, so a quiet month costs nothing.
Why minutes slip
The note-taker on a night shift is usually also presenting.
✗ Minutes from memory
Whoever takes notes is also reporting, so the minutes come out late, short and missing the client's exact words.
- Notes typed during your own report
- Client asks remembered, not quoted
- Built-in captions that skip the Bisaya
- A 25 MB API cap below one call's audio
- No timestamps to replay a decision
- Minutes sent two days later
✓ Minutes from the recording
Upload the call after it ends and write the minutes from the brief, checking each decision against its timestamp.
- About 3 minutes for a 90-minute call
- Speakers named in the summary and chapters
- Due dates and numbers pulled out
- Chat answers 'what did the client ask for'
- Cebuano lines marked for one review pass
- DOCX for the minutes, TXT for the tracker

FAQ
Bisaya meetings, the usual questions.
How long does a Bisaya meeting take to transcribe?
Speed is close to 2 minutes for each hour of audio. A 90-minute call is usually ready in about 3 minutes, and a two-hour client call in about 4. You can close the tab and find the transcript in your Library.
What does a month of weekly calls cost?
Four 90-minute calls are 360 minutes, which fits inside one $6 pack of 500 minutes. A team that records several long calls a week would move to the $12 pack of 2,000 minutes. A first-time visitor also gets the first 20 minutes free to judge the result before buying anything.
Will the Cebuano be accurate?
Cebuano is supported from upload to export, but its accuracy trails the major languages because far less recorded Bisaya exists to learn from. Treat it as a fast first draft and plan one review pass, mostly on names of people, places and clients. English and Tagalog parts of the same call read cleanly.
How big is a Zoom recording, and does it need splitting?
The M4A audio from a 90-minute Zoom call is usually well under 100 MB, and the MP4 is larger but rarely near the limit. Uploads up to 2 GB work before your first pack and up to 5 GB after it. One file can run up to 10 hours, so no call needs cutting.
Do I need a bot in the meeting?
No. Nothing joins your Zoom or Teams call. You record as usual, and the recording is transcribed afterwards from the file or a Drive link.
Which exports do I get, and who can see the recording?
You get TXT, DOCX, SRT, VTT and JSON from a single pass over the call. Recordings are transcribed on our own servers and are never used for training, and you can delete a call and its transcript at any time.
